Rip off. We went to the wrong place to return the rental car. to leave we were charged for "parking". Even for the first minute they charge.

ABZOCKE! Keine freie Minute, falsch rein gefahren um Mietwagen abzugeben, zum rausfahren (sofort) mussten wir zahlen!!!
RIP OFF! Not a free minute, drove in the wrong way to drop off the rental car, we had to pay to drive out (immediately)!!!
Ich habe die falsche Abfahrt erwischt und musste gleich zahlen. Mann war nicht bereit die Schranke noch mal zu offnen obwohl ich nur eine Runde gedreht habe. Sehr unfreundliche Menschen an diesem Standpunkt absolut ohne Serviceorientierung!
I took the wrong exit and had to pay straight away. The man wasn't willing to open the barrier again even though I only did one lap. Very unfriendly people at this point with absolutely no service orientation!
Good cars, clean, pretty new( 30k km on mine). To pickup you have to go to parking, meeting point in lane 6
Brilliant service, Helene was very helpful! Best part they deliver your car to public car park so you don't need to wait for hours in queue as you would with other more popular rentals. Good service, will definitely book next time I'm in tenerife
