Terrible experience. Make sure that you do not reserve online past their Friday working hours. The payment went through and I received a confirmation email and text to be at the location between 10:30-11:30. I arrived at 11am and the location was closed. I called (thankfully they had someone to answer, who tried to be as helpful as possible) and the woman said that the reservation had been made automatically but since it was past working hours they couldn't give me the information needed to get the car. They did say I would be reimbursed, but I also had to pay for a taxi since it's out of the city and unfortunately at this point no other car rental company had cars available which left me in a stressful situation trying to figure out how to get to my next location where I need to be for work.
Brilliant service! We owe this trip to Natalia who was super attentive, flexible and 100% consumer centric. The prices at Oscar are much much cheaper than other places and the car was in good shape.
Best deals and options what I find in Granada, after checking all the other (mostly big international) companies. It's a bit out of the city but transport or even walking is easy.

My experience of renting a car with oscar en Granada was really good!! There was a small problem that came up but the people resolved it immediately. They were really professionals, kind and smiling, and helped a lot. The car also was better than we expected. I would reserve again and I definitely recommend it.
