Bratney Torres gave us excellent service. It's impressive how he multitasked so many things at the same time. He gave us the biggest smile when we arrived and was very kind and helpful. Both fluent in Spanish and English he's a perfect fit for this company. What a great example of perfect customer service. Easy to pick up the car and Brat was also helpful on the phone when we had questions. One of the most straightforward rental experiences I have had, and I work in an industry that rents vehicles constantly. 5 minutes, straightforward terms and pleasant staff. Dropping off took a few minutes longer as we had to wait for the manager to return to the office to refund deposit. The guys were super apologetic and we even received tour advice and restaurant recommendations! Even very accommodating when we wanted to add a day to our hire.

Very good, professional service. Mr. Ernesto was incredibly nice. He was waiting patiently and kept giving advice while my husband had a hard time deciding which car to pick. Moreover, he gave us recommendations for interesting routes to explore and pointed which ones are the safest way back from the mountains in the evening. The prices were really reasonable. I highly recommend Omega rental. We traveled around the Gran Canaria in their car alone!

Great place for car rental. Good prices and we ordered both times the day before, and they still had cars there. Smiling and friendly service, all insurance is included in the price, so a really good experience. Both times we got a Fiat 500 in the small car class. The one time a Cabriolet which we just enjoyed a little extra. Can definitely be recommended.

Super rental service in Playa del Ingles! Very helpful people who speak good English. We rented a Fiat 500 Cabrio for a day, which we were able to arrange the evening before! We even received an (unsolicited) discount when we discussed this in their office. The tank was not full, but we were allowed to return it in a similar condition. There is a mailbox at their office where we could hand in the key, since we didnt get back until after closing time. All in all, very satisfied with the service!

Everything tip top! A small Fiat 500 booked for 3 days for the following day. Totally simple. Cash payment possible. The nice lady at reception pointed out a savings package on her own. The car was in very good shape and had been thoroughly cleaned beforehand. This could also be observed with other cars on the day of collection. Bringing it back is no problem at all. Just dont put it back in the second row, even if you received the car there. Its best to park on the left side of the street. We always found a gap there. We were so satisfied that we later took a short-term rental from Omega Rent. Highly recommended!

Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir bei Omega Rent noch mal spater eine Kurzzeitmiete genommen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!
