Wonderful Cupra Leon rental, delivered straight to the train station we arrived at in Girona. The rental process was smooth and easy, and the gentleman who dropped off our car was very communicative. Next time I need to rent a car in Spain, GANXO will most likely be my go-to.
It could have been all perfect. The car was dropped off at the agreed location, very friendly staff, car was great, fair price. Unfortunately on the last day we came to Girona to return the car at the agreed place and time. The company had some issues and they messaged us that they would be late to pick it up. They were so late we could have missed our flight back. It was quite stressful experience so can't score higher I'm afraid.

Rented a Cupra, and got the car I wanted. Picked up the car early from the Girona train station. The staffs are very professional and helpful. No drama and no hidden cost, then returning process is also a breeze. Will definitely use Ganxo again!
Very good local rental car company. Easy to deal with, very helpful staff. Having a van delivered and picked up from home, great service. The van could use slightly better maintenance (windshield wiper was water, not soap, so dust didn't clear off well), but it did the job well and for a very reasonable price which is what most of us look for in these instances.
Ganxo offers a much needed service in the Costa Brava for those who mostly stay put -and without a car- in one of its villages but need to rent a car for exploratory trips of a day or more. I have used them at least once in each of the last four summers. They bring and collect the car where and when you tell them to. The price is competitive -the rental might be cheaper from a bigger city, but who is going to take you there and back, and how much will it cost?- and the service is courteous and trustworthy. I have not paid much attention to the quality of the cars I got -there was some variation there- but they all got me to the places I wanted to visit. I unreservedly recommend them, and have only praise for their business model.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They will deliver the car wherever you need them to within the range/region they do business in. We requested to pick up the car at a park (most will have theirs delivered to their hotel I would imagine) and they delivered it right on time. Quickly and painlessly filled out some paperwork and we were good to go. Some protests made returning the car problematic, but the staff were constantly in contact with me via email during that time and we worked out a solution. This company handled all the difficulties that happened very well, and I would recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Costa Brava/Girona region.
