It was really good until I brought the car back and I admit it was dirty and I was ready to pay extra but they charged me 1500 euros a month later for a clean and "damages" from a random car cleaning agency (not even in Girona). I left the car and trusted the employee which told me it would cost 100 euros extra. Big mistake.

The best car rental in Girona because of the FRONT REPRESENTER EDGAR. this person was so helpfull and nice. He did the best to find the car on the last minute with too much patiente and gave us a nice utilitary vehicle as it was the only type of cars available on the moment when we came to the agency. More over he prepared the car pretty fast and that was a big deal for us. MERCI EDGAR. don't hesistate to contact us if you need any further assistance in PARIS. with our pleasure

3 months after the rental they charge a large sum on my credit card and fail to provide any reason or bill for it. The car was returned pristine, after only mere 10km and 2 hours rental, handed to the clerk who personally inspected everything during almost half an hour and concluded that all was ok. I will avoid any interaction with them like the plague, and cannot recommend under any circumstance.

Dear users! I do not recommend using the services of this company. There were no problems before (in Germany). Here they issued a different car, they did not issue a protocol for transferring the status of the car. Before accepting the car, I recorded the damage in the photo, which I noticed on my own. And as a result, the company issued an invoice for damage in the amount of 750 euros! The company did not respond to my objections and evidence (a photo from the first day of receiving the car, and we looked at the car on our own without a manager!) and simply charged the money from the bank card!

Actually if I could give 0 stars I would but I cant. First of all, I rented a car online, a Ford Kudo for my family, I paid for everything online and when I arrived in Girona with my 3 daughters and my wife, they told me that they dont have the Ford but rather that they have a Volkswagen which was in Poor condition, poorly managed and seriously below the price we paid online. They oversell the cars, knowing that they dont have them because they know that when we get to the counter, being tired and eager to get there, we dont plead but rather accept the ones they gave us. They take advantage of peoples fatigue to do this. Needless to say, there was a couple next to us with the same problem since they had rented a completely different Mercedes online than the one the manager gave them. Apart from all this displeasure, the attention given to us by the staff in charge was disastrous. Without even apologizing for what happened, acting like it was nothing, with an attitude that he doesnt like being there and that he is being underpaid because his face and zero desire to help the client is visible by the yard. He was almost doing us a favor. To make matters worse, we had to walk 4 blocks to pick up the car since they dont do that service.

Ellos sobrevenden los coches , sabiendo que no los tienen porque saben que al momento de llegar al counter , estando cansados y con muchas ganas de llegar , no alegamos si no que aceptamos los que nos dio . Se aprovechan del cansancio de la gente para hacer esto . Valga la redundancia que habia una pareja a la par nuestra con el mismo problema ya que habian rentado en linea un mercedes totalmente diferente al que el encargado les entrego . Aparte de todo este disgusto la atencion que nos brindo el personal a cargo fue nefasta . Sin siquiera pedir una disculpa por lo sucedido , haciendo como si nada , con una actitud de que no le gusta estar ahi y de que esta siendo mal pagado porque su cara y zero ganas de ayudar al cliente se ve a yardas . Casi que nos hacia un favor . Para peor tuvimos que caminar 4 cuadras para recoger el auto ya que ellos no hacen ese servicio
