!Servicio telefonico un desastre! Intente contactar dos domingos telefonicamente con ellos, ya que su web pone atencion 24 horas. El primero para un alquiler de un coche que necesitaba el Lunes. No consegui respuesta. El segundo para avisarles de un patinete que tenian tirado, tambien sin responder. La app es algo engorrosa, necesitaba que me explicaran dudas y al no hacerlo pese a mi insistencia, decidi contratar el alquiler con otra empresa y enviarles un correo. Mi sorpresa fue, que la persona que me respondio al correo, pese a tardar mas de lo esperado, si que fue extremadamente amable y cordial. No llegue a probarlo, ni creo que lo hiciera, ya que si me sucederia cualquier inconveniente cabe la posibilidad de que no me atiendan telefonicamente como me paso en sendas ocasiones y por correo los tramites no serian lo suficientemente agiles. Una pena!

Tema coches y aplicacion todo correcto, pero tema atencion al cliente se podria mejorar bastante. Unos dicen una cosa otros otra, no saben explicar tarifas, tema alquilar lo hice una vez por llamada y la segunda vez que lo hice q por llamada no se puede, q tiene q ser por la aplicacion. Se podria mejorar bastante, gente que sepa lo que vende y que sepan resolver las dudas y sobretodo ayudar.... La atencion al cliente deja bastante que desear la verdad.....

Para alquilar una moto por horas hay que reservarla minimo con 24h de antelacion y aunque nosotros no lo habiamos hecho llamamos a atencion al cliente y una chica muy amable nos lo gestiono todo en un momento para poder hacerlo igual. Para ir a recoger la moto andamos 15 min y alli nos estaba esperando con ella el tecnico( tambien muy simpatico) que nos explico como funcionaba la moto y la App, nos cambio la bateria y nos dio indicaciones de donde podiamos comer y aparcar para poder hacer turismo. La moto no es especialmente potente pero para la ciudad da de sobra.

Me parece una falta de respeto lo que nos han hecho pasar. Teniamos un coche reservado para que estuviese al 100%, debido a que teniamos que hacer un viaje largo, y a la llegada recibimos el coche al 30%, el cual no nos daba ni para llegar a Aviles. Al solicitar un cambio de coche, tuvimos que ir hasta la otra punta de la ciudad para recoger un coche que ademas estaba averiado. A la tercera vez tuvo que venir un empleado de la empresa para traernos un coche que estuviera decente. Contados estos problemas deberiamos haber solicitado que nos hubiese salido gratis por culpa de que casi perdemos un vuelo por este problema. Espero que en un futuro mejoren este tipo de casos. Una de cal y otra de arena. El primer dia que lo use todo fue perfecto. La moto estaba bien y el precio era muy bueno. Ahora ya veo que han subido las tarifas. Pero a la segunda que lo intente usar, eramos 2 personas y en el cofre solo habia 1 casco. Llame por telefono para quejarme, pero como era domingo tuve que mandar un correo para reclamar. Y no hubo contestacion. Son solo 0,50EUR, pero si me llega a pasar mas veces??? Ahora ya viendo las tarifas y otros comentarios, dudo mucho de volver a usarlo.

I left a skateboard and my personal documents in a car that was seized from my brother (the car already left the warehouse and everything) and 48 hours have passed and they still dont tell me where I can pick up the belongings and on top of that they dont tell me either. I am a regular at going to the airport 2/3 times a week, I had read that they had changed the conditions to start paying per kilometer and not by time, selling that this was better for everyone. Today I found that the trip to Gijon airport costs more than double what it used to cost me, this service is no longer worth it to me. Between leaving the car, you close it and walk to the terminal from a central point in Gijon, it is 35-40 minutes. The bus does not stop paying 2 euros and takes 45 minutes and without the risk of paying for scratches... etc. Of course, I no longer consider this service advisable , a shame.

We have had an incident with the service. They have charged us an amount for a rental that we have not made. We are trying to rent a vehicle. The application did not work and it was impossible for us to do it. Our surprise is that we receive a charge for a trip that we did not make since we were not able to make the rental at any time. We called by phone to explain what happened and the person who attended us in a rude manner did not show any interest in finding out about the problem and sent us to an email. Conclusion we feel scammed and of course I have already canceled the application. I will not use this service again.

Before, motorcycles could be parked in any parking lot that was legal, now there are defined areas so if you want to get from A to B very easily you have to walk, which in a small city like Gijon the service loses all the meaning it has. Until this changes I wont use it again.

I needed a car for a long trip and it was also the first time I used this type of platform, the app was a bit cumbersome but when calling by phone oh! I have requested a van rental and this has been my experience: 1. The van was confirmed and at 8:00 (agreed pick-up time) it was NOT at the pick-up point. A Hi worker had to look for her in Tremanes and take her to where she was needed. The van arrived at me around 9:00. 2. The vans documentation is expired, MOT expired. I hired the service to make a delivery to an industrial estate that did NOT allow me entry due to the expired MOT. I understand that it is not legal to rent a van without a past MOT, I have no idea of the risks that would entail for me and my partner who went in that van, not to mention that I am 7 months pregnant and this all seems like a lack of attention to me. and an absurd danger for a modern transport company. Furthermore, I have contacted the company to explain my bad experience and they are not even able to respond. REGRETTABLE.

Entiendo que no es legal alquilar una furgo sin ITV pasada, no tengo ni idea de los riesgos que conllevarian para mi y para mi companera que fuimos en esa furgo, sin contar que tengo 7 meses de embarazo y me parece todo esto una falta de atencion y un peligro absurdo para una empresa de transporte moderna. Ademas, he contactado a la empresa para explicar mi mala experiencia y no son capaces ni de responder. LAMENTABLE.
