La mujer que atendia ayer de tarde 13/11/2024 solo ha puesto trabas, no nos ha explicado bien las cosas y hemos tenido que estar alli mas de una hora esperando para retirar un vehiculo de sustitucion por parte de linea directa. Yo tenia una reserva para las 19 pm, pero el chico de linea directa me dijo que si iba un poco antes podrian dejarme el coche un dia mas (ya que no se cumplirian las 24 horas de un alquiler anterior) y que podia ir mi marido a por el sin problema siempre que cumpliese los requisitos (mas de 20 anos, carnet de conducir durante mas de 2 anos y tarjeta de credito), pues fue por ahi antes de la hora, sobre las 6 y le dijo que no se lo daba y que menos antes de las 7, le comentamos la situacion y nada. LLamamos a linea directa y cambian la reserva haciendo ellos mal una cosa, volvemos a llamar y al final le entregan el coche a las 7 de la tarde entre pitos y flautas, porque tenian el coche lavando!! osea, tan facil como que hubiese dicho que no era viable darselo antes aunque removiesemos roma con santiago porque estaban lavandolo, mi marido hubiese ido a casa y no habria esperado ahi una hora, nuestro tiempo tiene valor. Aconsejo ir a Enterprise en la misma estacion de autobuses, rapidez y trato inmejorable, se nota quien lo hace bien ya que tienen cola y Hertz esta vacio
The woman who attended yesterday afternoon on 11/13/2024 has only created obstacles, she has not explained things well to us and we have had to be there for more than an hour waiting to pick up a replacement vehicle from the direct line. I had a reservation for 7 pm, but the guy at the hotline told me that if I went a little earlier they could leave the car for me one more day (since the 24 hours of a previous rental would not be fulfilled) and that my husband could go went for him without a problem as long as he met the requirements (more than 20 years old, driver's license for more than 2 years and credit card), because he went there before the time, around 6 and told him that he wouldn't give it to him. and At least before 7, we told him about the situation and nothing. We called the direct line and they changed the reservation by doing one thing wrong, we called again and in the end they delivered the car at 7 in the afternoon between whistles and flutes, because they had the car being washed!! I mean, as easy as if I had said that it wasn't feasible to give it to him before even if we moved Rome with Santiago because they were washing it, my husband would have gone home and wouldn't have waited there for an hour, our time has value. I advise going to Enterprise at the same bus station, unbeatable speed and service, you can tell who does it well since they have a line and Hertz is empty
Quiero dar las Gracias a Ana y Borja por ayudarme en todo momento. Leccion aprendida siempre alquilar directamente con la marca para evitar sorpresas $. El coche estupendo limpio y moderno.

The staff is amazing! Whether it was Ana taking the car, or her partner bringing it, they both made it a pleasure to rent a car. I highly recommend this office!

We had a great experience renting a car from this Hertz! The staff were nice and efficient, even adjusting our reservation to ensure we got the price we were quoted online. The location is also easy to access inside the train station. It was a 15 minute walk for us from the center of the city. It was also very easy to access the highway from the train station after picking up the car.
