He alquilado vehiculos y furgonetas con distintas companias, pero nunca me habian retenido la fianza sin razon mas de 24 horas. En este caso, alquile una furgoneta Transporte 2 recogida lunes 21 de octubre a las 9:30 y devolucion 17:50 mismo dia(antes de la hora 18:30). Entregada en perfecto estado y gasolina lleno, todo segun lo establecido. En la entrega de llaves me informan que en un plazo de 24 horas o 48 maximo tendre la devolucion de la fianza retenida de 490EUR. Pues NO, al final estas companias juegan con nuestro dinero sin motivo de ningun tipo y obteniendo un enriquecimiento en el tiempo, por las miles de operaciones retenidas en deposito de fianza. Lo normal es recepcionar el vehiculo y al dia siguiente disponer de nuestro dinero. El resultado es que disponen de mi dinero, por un servicio ya realizado y contrato finalizado entre las partes el mismo dia de la entrega. No volveria a realizar un alquiler con ellos, y hay varios precedentes a nivel europeo y nacional de la obligatoriedad de soltar la fianza a las 24 horas del servicio como maximo, por otro lado, cobrar lo adeudado si hubiera una negligencia y notificar al interesado el motivo del mismo. Jueves 24/10/2024 siguen ganando dinero con una fianza sin uso para ese fin, es vergonzoso!! RESPUESTA POSTERIOR A SU CONTESTACION: No tenia pensado seguir con el tema, pero al leer su respuesta es imposible NO hacerlo. Hoy viernes dia 25 de octubre, llame personalmente a la oficina por telefono y me identifique con la persona que me atendio en su dia. Absolutamente nadie se puso en contacto conmigo en ningun momento; es una autentica mentira y no hay llamadas perdidas. En la conversacion le pregunto que porque no me han devuelto el dinero de la fianza. Ella me responde que ayer (jueves dia 24) realizo la devolucion de la fianza. Segun el resguardo de la misma, claramente esa es la fecha de la devolucion, por lo tanto, vuelve a mentir, puesto que desde el lunes que entregue la furgoneta 18 horas hasta el jueves son 72 horas. !Que casualidad que despues de mi resena se ejecuta la orden de devolucion! Pienso respetar y mantener la conversacion telefonica en la privacidad, para evitar culpabilizar a trabajadores, pero lo que debe realizar como empresa, quizas, sea tener personal suficiente para cubrir todas las tareas diarias. Nunca miento, y no voy a permitir que cuestione mi honorabilidad y seguire expresando mi opinion como estime oportuno desde la unica verdad. Saludos

Thursday 10/24/2024 they continue making money with an unused bond for that purpose, it is shameful!! RESPONSE AFTER YOUR ANSWER: I was not planning to continue with the topic, but upon reading your response it is impossible NOT to do so. Today, Friday, October 25, I personally called the office by phone and identified myself as the person who assisted me that day. Absolutely no one contacted me at any time; It's a real lie and there are no missed calls. In the conversation I ask him why they haven't returned my bail money. She answers me that yesterday (Thursday the 24th) she returned the deposit. According to the receipt, clearly that is the date of the return, therefore, he is lying again, since from the Monday I delivered the van it was 18 hours until Thursday it was 72 hours. What a coincidence that after my review the return order was executed! I plan to respect and keep the telephone conversation private, to avoid blaming workers, but what you should do as a company, perhaps, is have enough staff to cover all daily tasks. I never lie, and I will not allow you to question my honorability and I will continue to express my opinion as I deem appropriate based on the only truth. Greetings

I have rented with Hello Rentacar a few times, mostly at the OVD airport. Always happy with the service received there, Fernando is great. I like to rent from them because the "full package" with extra driver and excellent insurance coverage is reasonably priced and sometime I need that. I am a family man :-) This time I used the Gijon office and interacted with the people working there, mostly Paula. They were extremely helpful over email, phone and in person and I am very happy with the vehicle I rented from them. Thank you very much team! Highly recommend.
They changed my reservation by email as I requested. Answered all the emails I sent with questions and I received my deposit back in a few days. They gave me all the support I needed in english even over the phone. Overall the service was very good!

We rented twice a car in August. Everything was fine. However we had a big problem in getting back the two deposits (about 600 EUR in total). It took us more than 4 weeks after giving back the cars and about 20 telephone calls with the car company and all the different Spanish banks involved. The support of the company was basically non-existent. We can definitely not recommend this company!
Good experience, cheap cars
