Buenos dias. Mi novio es usuario de guppy, al principio todo perfecto todo bien, pero resulta que ahora todo fatal. Lo primero decir que cuando llamamos a asistencia por algun problema o no cogen el telefono y lo tenemos que solucionar nosotros o casi no nos dan ayuda. Y lo segundo es que han multado a mi pareja con 50EUR por fumar, cuando mi novio no fumo en su vida. Diciendo que encontraron ceniza, cuando nosotros ya van 4 o 5 coches que encontramos con cenizas, rotos por dentro e incluso uno lo encontramos vomitado, y cuando lo escribio al finalizar alquiler nadie le respondio diciendo nada. Y tuvo que pagar los 50 euros. Lo primero que deberiais hacer es mirar todos y cada uno de los coches cuando la gente los deja. Porque me parece un delito que haya gente que los rompa por dentro y los dejeis sin arreglar y a alguien que no teneis como comprobar que fue el el que fumo y no la persona anterior que lo cogio le hagais pagar 50EUR. Una verguenza que es para ir a denunciar a consumo ya que nosotros hacemos fotos de todos los guppys q cogemos y es para denunciar

Una excelente forma de moverse por Gijon y por toda Asturias. Desde que lo descubri hace un par de anos ni me planteo alquilar un coche, o coger un taxi para desplazarme al aeropuerto (el ultimo taxi que cogi me trajo a 150 km/h y me cobro 60 euros ). La app es muy sencilla y funciona muy bien, te cobran solo por km y no por tiempo como otras empresas de car sharing... Sinceramente creo que es una excelente idea que ademas hace que no haya tantos coches circulando, porque lo coges para lo que quieres, y cuando acabas lo dejas y te vas, y listo, ya lo puede usar otra persona. Nunca he tenido un problema con ellos, y tienen un buen servicio de att. al cliente que te ayuda ante cualquier duda. Si que tienen que mejorar la limpieza interior de algunos coches, pero aparte de eso estoy muy contento con Guppy y recomiendo a quien no lo conozca que lo pruebe.
