Te dicen que te van a llamar, pero esperas y esperas y no se ponen en contacto. Cuando llamas tu resulta que has reservado por un precio pero te quieren cobrar casi 30 euros mas y te dicen que es que no tienen personal para cambiar los precios de la web. Protestas "no es serio", se ponen bordes contigo y quieren hacer ver que la culpa de todo es tuya por no llamar antes. Si pudiese le ponia todavia menos estrellas, una empresa asi no merece subsistir.
They tell you they will call you, but you wait and wait and they don't get in touch. When you call it turns out that you have booked for one price but they want to charge you almost 30 euros more and they tell you that they do not have staff to change the prices on the website. You protest "it's not serious", they get rude to you and want to make it seem like it's all your fault for not calling sooner. If I could give it even fewer stars, a company like this does not deserve to survive.
Se merecen 5 estrellas y porque no hay mas, precio asequible con una pandemia que estamos viviendo, estuve consultando precios en otros sitios de gijon y abusivos se quieren aprovechar del cliente en uno de los sitios hasta me triplicaron el precio y se quedaron tan a gusto como hay demanda me dijeron...menos mal que di con furgoline.. Alejandro se porto fenomenal con nosotros el trato de diez muy cercano y la furgoneta super limpia te la dan con el tema del covid, no se puede pedir mas... Seguir asi ya teneis clientes fijos en cuanto os necesitemos otra vez volveremos y muy pronto

Trato impecable las personas que me atendieron super amables y atentas la furgoneta estaba nueva muy limpia y comoda el precio asequible para mi personalmente le pongo 5 estrellas por que no se pueden poner mas si alguna vez necesito en otro momento una furgoneta repetire sin dudarlo recomendable 100% gracias por todo

Tienen variedad de furgones,precios muy asequibles y no como otras empresas que parece que alquilan productos de lujo,limpieza y buen estado,trato fenomenal y muy agradable,en definitiva que lo recomiendo sin duda .

De 10. Proceso de alquiler sencillo y costes claros, sin sorpresas de ultima hora. Ademas bien de precio. Y por si fuera poco, yo habia solicitado un modelo grande pero cuando lo vi no era suficiente y sin coste adicional ninguno me cedieron un modelo superior. Gracias!
Out of 10. Simple rental process and clear costs, without last minute surprises. Also well priced. And if that were not enough, I had requested a large model but when I saw it it was not enough and at no additional cost no one gave me a superior model. Thank you!
