Un trato absolutamente esquisito y profesional por parte de Jose Luis, tuvimos un pequeno fallo en la reserva y se volco totalmente para solucionarlo lo mas rapido posible para que pudiesemos tener nuestro coche y aprovechar el dia. Cuando vuelva a Gijon repetire con ellos sin dudar.

I had a great experience with Enterprise. The pick up was very efficient and the staff were friendly, speaking perfect English. The car itself was modern and a pleasure to drive. The drop off in Santander was also straightforward and my deposit was returned in full two days later. I would highly recommend renting a car from them for exploring Asturias and Cantabria.

The guy in the office was very very kind, he explained everything to me in detail, we signed very quickly and in two minutes I already had the keys. Como ejemplo,mi reserva hecha por la pagina con mi numero de cliente Emerald (suena bien pero no vale para nada),con mis datos confirmados,ya pagado y con tarjeta de credito aportada y cliente habitual...reservado para las 11 y recogido a las 14 horas y no el coche reservado..aunque si otro mejor,pero no el que pedi. Me solidarizo y ademas soy un desocupado (en ese momento..no creais en otros hago algo..poco pero algo) y en vez de protestar y molestar,con razon eso si.. me dedique a calmar y decir que no habia problema..y todo por ver en ese momento el conato de revuelta que varios clientes parecian querer empezar... Hoy mucho despues,me pase a una gestion que habia quedado pendiente..y en la tranquilidad me atendieron como siempre..de maravilla. Encontraron las llaves en el buzon de otra compania Despues de ir a hablar con el personal y mostrar que habiamos pasado por la tienda a traves del localizador iPhone, los dependientes empezaron a entrar en el panico y inventarse versiones diferentes para justificar el cobro de un dia adicional. Basicamente nos han hecho pagar un dia mas por la negligencia de un dependiente que no busco las llaves en el buzon de devolucion. Al advertir otros posibles clientes de la estafa y de aseguraros de hacer un video a la devolucion de las llaves, los dependientes se han enfadado aun mas imagino sea una practica comun la de cobrar dias mas a quien devuelve en horario de cierre de la tienda.

Tras insistencia de que exigia algun documento lo unico que consegui es una hoja impresa escrita por el empleado de la oficina, pero sin el respaldo de la empresa ni de una entidad bancaria que asegure que se va a reembolsar el dinero.
