No todo lo que reluce es oro.En la publicidad dice que los coches de renting, son a matricular, y te los da con un monton de kilometros, con golpes, aranazos..y al final te llevas la sorpresa y te lo endolsan a ti..Lo barato, resulta caro.

Al principio buen trato pero nada mas recoger el camion ya nos envia un wassap que los mantenimientos los teniamos que hacer nosotros. El camion empieza a fallar y nos dice que lo llevemos a la iveco que esta em garantia(cosa que tiene que hacer el) no nos emtrega la ficha tecnica para poder sacar la tarjeta de transporte diciendo que no hace no la tiene. Nos pasamos el mes con el camion fallando y avisnadolo y dice que es culpa nuestra (vehiculo con menos de 60.000km).Esperamos a acabar el mes de contraro para devolverlo. Se devuelve y empieza a sacar desperfectos que se demuestra en fotos que ya estaban. Se nos.olvidan unas llaves de u cohete y dice que no estan. Al dia siguiente empieza a reclamar cosas absurdas como una llave que el furgon tiene poco gasoil que tengo que hacerme cargo de la averia de la cual ya salio dejando se alquilo......y a los tres dias empieza a intimidar con amezas de reclamaciones por wassap y que si quiero las llaves que se me olvidaron que pase por hay a pagar todo lo que reclama. Menos mal que lo tengo todo por wassap. Un impresentable.
At first it was a good deal but as soon as we picked up the truck he sent us a WhatsApp saying that we had to do the maintenance. The truck starts to fail and he tells us to take it to the Iveco that is under warranty (which he has to do) he does not give us the technical sheet to be able to get the transport card saying that he does not have it. We spent the month with the truck failing and he warned us about it and he said it was our fault (vehicle with less than 60,000 km). We waited until the end of the month to return it. It is returned and it begins to show damages that are shown in photos that were already there. We forgot some keys to our rocket and he says they are not there. The next day he starts to demand absurd things like a key, that the van has little diesel, that I have to take care of the breakdown that has already been resolved, leaving it rented......and after three days he starts to intimidate with threats of complaints by wassap and if I want the keys that I forgot to stop by there is to pay everything you claim. Luckily I have it all on WhatsApp. An unpresentable.
En principio todo fue muy bien hasta que hicimos la devolucion del vehiculo en el aeropuerto, el chofer que lo recogio reviso el coche y escribio en el contrato que estaba todo correcto y no tenia nada; pero a las horas me enviaron wasapp que lo habian lavado y que encontraron un rayonazo en la llanta y una cubierta con un pellizco y que me lo cobrarian de la fianza. Les dije que no estaba de acuerdo porque ya me lo habian recepcionado como correcto y no podia saber si lo que me decian era cierto o no. El caso es que me hicieron un cargo de 250EUR justo un poco menos de lo que era la fianza.
