Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Kuhlschrank (04.11.24) wir wurden von sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern empfangen. Obwohl in der Firma sehr viel zu tun war und fur uns eigentlich gar keine Zeit war, wurde mit den Arbeiten sofort begonnen. Das Problem wurde behoben, so dass wir unsere Reise fortsetzen konnten. Das ware in meiner Heimatstadt nie passiert. Da hatte ich in 8 Wochen einen Termin bekommen. Toller Service. Mehr geht nicht!!! Vielen lieben Dank an alle!!!

Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones estupenda. La autocaravana v69 es perfecta para una pareja, mas habitable que una camper y mas manejable (es mas estrecha) que una autocaravana estandar. En cuanto a la empresa, nos han tratado estupendamente con mucha profesionalidad. Nos salto una alerta en el ordenador de a bordo, y nos atendieron inmediatamente, dandonos las instrucciones pertinentes. (al final era un sensor electronico de la ventana de conductor, que sin embargo, funcionaba perfectamente :(). Era nuestra primera experiencia y REPETIREMOS seguro.

We have had a wonderful week of vacation. The v69 motorhome is perfect for a couple, more habitable than a camper and more manageable (it is narrower) than a standard motorhome. As for the company, they have treated us wonderfully with great professionalism. We received an alert on the on-board computer, and they attended to us immediately, giving us the pertinent instructions. (In the end it was an electronic driver's window sensor, which however worked perfectly :(). It was our first experience and we WILL repeat it for sure.

We have rented a motorhome more often, but never before was the motorhome so perfectly equipped, as in this case. The care was exceptional. During the rental period was constantly kept in contact via WhatsApp. only plates were missing in the vehicle. Here I recommend dishes made of melamine. Unfortunately we damaged the vehicle, thank you very much for the complacent handling.

Incredible experience. They have everything very well set up and very well maintained, plus you can leave your car there on the days you are going to be away. We had to return it on a holiday and by calling them on the phone they opened the barrier for us without a problem, leave the motorhome, take the car, call again so they can open it again and thats it. We went in a five-seater motorhome, the largest they had and it was great: clean and everything in order. You have to pay a supplement for bed linen but it is worth it. They gave us kitchen and cleaning utensils, a hose to refill the water and a long cable for electricity. The space in the back to store things is very very large. As for closets and so on, the inside is very comfortable, even to clean. The girl who explained to us how everything works is super nice and everything is very easy to handle and understand. It drives comfortably. Pets allowed. We had to leave a deposit of 700, which is returned within 24 to 48 hours if there is no problem, very punctual, it didnt even take me 48 hours. They recommend an app for places to go with the motorhome, I recommend CaraMaps. We will repeat with them, surely.

Nosotros tuvimos que devolverla un dia de fiesta y llamandoles por telefono nos abrieron la barrera sin problema, dejar autocaravana, coger el coche, volver a llamar para que nos abriesen otra vez y listo. Nosotros fuimos en una autocaravana de cinco plazas, la mas grande que tenian y estaba genial: limpia y todo en orden. Por la ropa de cama hay que pagar un suplemento pero merece la pena. Nos dieron menaje de cocina - limpieza, una mangera para rellenar el agua y un cable largo para electricidad. El espacio de atras para guardar las cosas es muy muy amplio. En cuanto a armarios y asi por dentro es muy comodo, hasta para limpiar. La chica que nos explico como funciona todo es super maja y todo muy facil de manejar y de entender. Se conduce comodamente. Admiten mascotas. Tuvimos que dejar una fianza de 700 que la devuelven de 24 a 48 hrs si no hay ningun problema, muy puntuales, a mi no me han tardado ni 48 hrs. Te aconsejan una app de lugares donde ir con la autocaravana, yo recomiendo CaraMaps. Repetiremos con ellos, seguramente.

We bought a second-hand motorhome last May from Galicia. Everything was perfect even though the purchasing process was carried out remotely. When picking up the motorhome everything was as explained or negotiated. From my experience it is a serious and responsible company. In addition, seller and buyer had the bad luck of a warranty breakdown. Breakdown in the turbos and hidden humidity problems. I say hidden because I am convinced that the seller was not aware of such deficiencies. Despite the inconvenience of having to go to the workshop, I have to say that Mikel behaved wonderfully, assuming the cost of the repair from the first moment. Al recoger la autocaravana todo era tal cual se habia explicado o negociado. Por mi experiencia se trata de una empresa seria y responsable. Ademas, vendedor y comprador tuvimos la mala suerte de una averia en garantia. Averia en los turbos y problemas de humedad ocultos. Digo ocultos porque estoy convencido de que el vendedor no conocia tales deficiencias. A pesar del inconveniente de tener que ir al taller tengo que decir que Mikel se porto de maravilla asumiendo desde el primer momento el coste de la reparacion. Asi que, a pesar del inconveniente, le doy la maxima valoracion. Da gusto toparse con gente formal y cumplidora. Les deseo lo mejor. Un saludo, Mikel.
