Me parece que si servicio al cliente es de lo peor que he visto. Estoy intentando alquilar un coche por cuatro meses en Espana y me es imposible desde USA. He mandado a un familiar para hacerlo en la delegacion del Puerto de STA. Maria y no hay manera. Ni dan solucion. He enviado email y no recibo respuestas. Yo solo creia que este servicio solo existia en paises bananeros y resulta que Espana esta incluida. Fecha de la experiencia: 29 de octubre de 2024
It seems to me that the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I am trying to rent a car for four months in Spain and it is impossible from the USA. I have sent a family member to do it at the STA Port delegation. Maria and there is no way. They don't even give a solution. I have sent email and do not receive responses. I only thought that this service only existed in banana countries and it turns out that Spain is included. Date of experience: October 29, 2024

Mala a la hora del servicio e. Carretera nos dejaron tirado en Madrid sin solucion y mintiendo diciendo que me mandaria. Una grua y un mecanico solo llego la grua

3 semanas para reparar el coche me han dejado peor que estaba y con todo pagado desde 1deg dia El peor taller que ya he ido, los llamava y no contestava despues me han dicho que tenia mas averias , no han reparado lo que estaba en presupuesto,una verguenza . Por final me han dicho que devolvian lo que no repararan y hasta hoy nada , Personas sin problema de estafar a cualquier uno que pase por eses taller
3 weeks to repair the car have left me worse than it was and with everything paid from the 1st day The worst workshop I have ever been to, I called them and they did not answer, then they told me that I had more problems, they have not repaired what was in the estimate, a shame. Finally they told me that they would return what they did not repair and until today nothing, People with no problem scamming anyone who passes by those workshops
De pena, en apenas 2 meses me ha dejado tirado 6 veces y cada vez que sale del taller el combustible se ha evaporado por arte de magia .te aseguran que esta reparada y a los tres dias ni arranca el vehiculo,no lo recomiendo experiencia nefasta, no hace falta que contacte con nadie si un vehiculo deja de funcionar 6 veces(por lo que veo camino de 7veces)por lo mismo y no se repara deveriais tener algun protocolo o tipo de control. Digo yo
Too bad, in just 2 months it has left me stranded 6 times and every time it leaves the workshop the fuel has magically evaporated. They assure you that it is repaired and after three days the vehicle doesn't even start, I don't recommend it, a disastrous experience, You do not need to contact anyone if a vehicle stops working 6 times (from what I see 7 times) for the same reason and it is not repaired, you should have some protocol or type of control. La experiencia buena, buen coche, asistencia mala, pero en cuanto devolvi el coche me dijeron 20 dias para devolverme la fianza. El coche en una semana estaba alquilado, y mi fianza pendiente desde hace tres meses...
Good experience, good car, bad assistance, but as soon as I returned the car they told me 20 days to return the deposit. The car was rented in a week, and my deposit had been pending for three months...
MUY DECEPCIONANTE !!!! COMPRE UN VEHICULO DE OCASION Y EN QUE HORA.. EL SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE Y SU GARANTIA ES UN DESPACHO DE ADMINISTRATIVOS PARA PONER EXCUSAS A LOS DEFECTOS QUE TE ENTREGAN EN LOS VEHICULOS. CUANDO LES HACE FALTA TE LEEN LA LETRA PEQUENA Y AL FINAL NO ENTRA NADA EN GARANTIA. HE RECLAMADO POR TODOS LOS MEDIOS POSIBLES CON PRUEBAS Y NADA DE NADA. NO VAYAIS A CONSUMO QUE NO SIRVE PARA NADA. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! BUY A USED VEHICLE AND AT WHAT TIME.. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS WARRANTY IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR THE DEFECTS THAT THEY DELIVERY YOU IN THE VEHICLES. WHEN THEY NEED IT THEY READ THE FINE PRINT AND IN THE END THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WARRANTY. I HAVE CLAIMED BY ALL POSSIBLE MEANS WITH EVIDENCE AND NOTHING AT ALL. DON'T GO TO CONSUMPTION THAT IS USELESS FOR ANYTHING. REGRETTABLE
