Alquilamos una furgoneta para nuestra empresa, pero al dia siguiente, durante nuestro trayecto, descubrimos que tenia las ruedas desgastadas al punto de que se veia el alambre. Presentamos una reclamacion completa con fotografias como evidencia, sin embargo, lamentablemente, la empresa nego los hechos evidentes y no respondio a nuestra reclamacion. Es inaceptable jugar con la seguridad de las personas de esta manera.
We rented a van for our company, but the next day, during our trip, we discovered that the wheels were worn to the point that the wire was visible. We submitted a full claim with photographs as evidence, however unfortunately the company denied the obvious facts and did not respond to our claim. It is unacceptable to play with people's safety in this way.
La peor experiencia que he tenido en alquiler de vehiculos. La furgoneta que nos ha entregado, estaba en muy mal estado, porque al minimo desnivel se movia y vibraba mucho, cuando iba a 50km/h. No me sentia nunca seguro, todo el trayecto en el coche, por carretera no tenia estabilidad, se movia mucho de un lado para otro. La furgoneta alquilada, quizas nunca se le ha hecho limpieza, mal olor interior. Donde tenia que poner las cosas estaba todo muy sucio, tuve tambien que limpiar por mi cuenta. Al devolver la furgoneta, el dia siguiente llaman y me acusan de haber rallado el coche que estaba atras, propiedad de Demetrio S.L. y me obligan a pagar 200EUR porque estaba arranado el coche ajeno al que alquile. Asi que todo fue un desastre a precio de oro, con cobrarme 200EUR demas. He llenado el deposito de diesel y me han cobrado 4EUR demas por motivo que yo no lo rellene bien. No volveria.
The worst experience I have had in car rental. The van that was delivered to us was in very bad condition, because at the slightest slope it moved and vibrated a lot when it was going 50km/h. I never felt safe, the whole trip in the car, on the road, it had no stability, it moved a lot from one side to another. The rented van, perhaps it has never been cleaned, bad interior smell. Where I had to put things was all very dirty, I also had to clean on my own. When I returned the van, the next day they called and accused me of having scratched the car that was behind, owned by Demetrio S.L. and they force me to pay EUR200 because the car other than the one I rented was scratched. So everything was a disaster at the price of gold, with charging me EUR200 more. I have filled the diesel tank and they have charged me EUR4 extra because I did not fill it correctly. I wouldn't go back.
