I hired your service for my wedding buses. A highly recommended experience, they make everything easy for you and Daniela was always available for all my questions and last minute changes, answering emails quickly and very kindly. No negative comments to add, just thank you.
Era el dia de mi boda, el servicio estaba contratado desde varios antes y todo cerrado. Me tuvieron que llamar amigos mios que iban en el autocar para decirme que el conductor no iba a ir de Tres Cantos a la Plaza de Castilla, tal y como estabamos acordado a la hora de pagar el servicio. El conductor decia que solo tenia apuntado de Tres Cantos al Pardo sin pasar por la Plaza de Castilla. Tras hablar con el conductor, accedio a ir a Plaza de Casti, aunque nos indico que su jefe le dijo que la parada en Plaza Castilla no estaba indicada. Llame al telefono vuestro de asistencia 24 horas, y la persona que me atendio, muy amable y por eso no valoro con solo una estrella, me confirmo que efectivamente Plaza Castilla estaba en el recorrido, me diji que el hablaria con el conductor para resolver la incidencia y que no me preocupara, que a la vuelta el bus pararia en Plaza de Castilla antes de ir a Tres Cantos, tal y como se acordo.
It was my wedding day, the service had been contracted for several years before and everything was closed. Friends of mine who were on the bus had to call me to tell me that the driver was not going to go from Tres Cantos to Plaza de Castilla, as we had agreed when paying for the service. The driver said that he only had a ticket from Tres Cantos to Pardo without going through the Plaza de Castilla. After speaking with the driver, he agreed to go to Plaza de Casti, although he told us that his boss told him that the stop at Plaza Castilla was not indicated. Contratado para llevar todos los invitados a una boda. El bus llego tarde al punto de encuentro, intentando cambiar el punto original de recogida. Al final el padre de la novia tuvo que ir buscando al conductor para dirigirle al punto de encuentro. Por culpa de este conductor se tuvo que retrasar la boda 15 min. Una falta de profesionalidad inexcusable en un dia tan importante.
Hired to take all the guests to a wedding. The bus arrived late to the meeting point, trying to change the original pickup point. In the end the bride's father had to go looking for the driver to direct him to the meeting point. Because of this driver the wedding had to be delayed 15 minutes. An inexcusable lack of professionalism on such an important day.
SERVICIO PRIVADO PARA UNA BODA. Una hora antes de la ceremonia ( a 15 mins de recoger a los invitados ) se negaban a recoger a unas 40 personas, porque se dieron cuenta en ese ultimo momento que la entrada al sitio donde se les habia contratado como destino final, contaba con un pequeno desnivel de altura, que por supuesto es entendible si se hubiesen dado cuenta 8 meses antes cuando se contrato el servicio. Lo peor no es eso, lo peor fue la atencion telefonica que mantuve con el senor de la empresa, mal educado e insolente, le pedi si por favor podrian darme una solucion ( a lo mejor autocares mas pequenos) y su respuesta fue: "solucion yo? La solucion Buscatela tu que tendrias que haber estudiado el camino antes" . En fin.... 1000EUR invertidos en un servicio que deja mucho que desear. Tal vez si no hubiese pagado con antelacion, la respuesta hubiera sido otra.
PRIVATE SERVICE FOR A WEDDING. An hour before the ceremony (15 minutes from picking up the guests) they refused to pick up about 40 people, because they realized at that last moment that the entrance to the place where they had been hired as their final destination, had a small height difference, which of course is understandable if they had realized 8 months earlier when the service was contracted. The worst thing is not that, the worst thing was the telephone service that I had with the man from the company, rude and insolent, I asked him if they could please give me a solution (maybe smaller buses) and his response was: "solution I? Look for the solution, you should have studied the path before." In the end.... EUR1000 invested in a service that leaves much to be desired. Maybe if I hadn't paid in advance, the answer would have been different.
Un servicio excelente. Los autobuses estaban muy limpios, y el conductor Maxi fue muy amable. Ademas, perdi mi movil durante el viaje y el equipo se mantuvo atento en todo momento, manteniendome informada sobre la situacion. !Gracias por todo! Saludos, Cris.

The bus driver themselves were very nice! After requesting to stop on the way at a hotel approximately 1,2km on the way the bus driver said it needed to be done by the coordination center. this is where the bad service started. Zero flexibility, zero service, did not want to try to help, he would not acknowledge that the bus was just waiting for an hour doing nothing. Then at the end they "forgot" to pick us up from our event and we had to pay for several Taxi's and the response was "that was your choice and not our problem". not recommended and not going to be used by us again.
