Oscar es un soberbio. Finalmente nuestros clientes tuvieron que tomarse dos taxis al aeropuerto, porque esta gente es muy poca profesional. El trasladista, no acepta un cambio horario de 50 minutos. El vuelo se adelanto. Incomprensible. Esto no es un trasladista. No checkea vuelo. No acepta cambio por adelantamiento horario de vuelo. ASI NO TOMARE OTRO SERVICIO DE TRASLADO
Oscar is superb. Finally our clients had to take two taxis to the airport, because these people are very unprofessional. The transfer driver does not accept a 50-minute time change. La persona que me atendio "Oscar" es sumamente mal educada. Se nota que no se dedican a traslados, por que no cumplen con ninguna funcion basica de alguien que realmente se dedica a ello. No tienen nada de profesional. Si ofrece el servicio de traslado primero debe cumplir con la verificacion de vuelos. Si el vuelo se atrasa o adelanta tiene que tener un margen de adaptacion. Se trata de un servicio tranfer privado, no regular. Segundo al tratarse de un vuelo internacional el pasajero tiene que estar 3 horas antes en aeropuerto. Se le pidio que este un poco antes porque esta muy justo con el horario y la empresa de transporte quiere imponer el horario de recogida que a ellos les parece bien. El pasajero esta pagando un servicio y no tiene porque estar especulando con si llega bien o no a tomar el vuelo, solo por un capricho de la empresa. En tercer si realmente tienen experiencia en traslados deben saber que las companias aereas tienen atrasos y adelantos y pueden modificar horarios hasta dentro de las 24. Por eso la reconfimacion de horarios se hace dentro de ese periodo y no antes. Para que esta el telefono de reconfirmacion enlel voucher? Si no sirve para reconfirmar? A caso no saben que un aereo puede sufrir modificaciones (atrasos o adelanto). Para que ofrecen un servicio que no pueden cumplir? Para ello es mejor que se pongan una agencia de taxis. Pero no de traslados, por que la logistica no la estan entendiendo.

Num pequeno resumo, conto como tudo se passou: - Pelas 14:15 deslocamo-nos ao Hotel Plaza Espana, para levantar as malas onde ficaram guardadas apos o check out do Hotel Madrid Centro. - Pelas 14:32 aguardamos em frente da porta do hotel Madrid Centro (O transfer que nos levou inicialmente ao Hotel, nao nos deixou a porta do hotel pois informou que nao conseguiam parar derivado ao transito e para parar tinha que dar uma volta de 20 minutos, concordamos e saimos do lado contrario ao hotel, questionamos se quando o outro transfer nos fosse buscar como tinhamos de fazer. Este informou para estarmos 5 minutos antes no passeio em frente ao Hotel devido a dificuldade em parar.) - Aguardamos ate as 14:58 (estava combinado as 14:45) quando efetuei a chamada para a Autos Roldan, expliquei que ninguem tinha aparecido, este inicialmente informou de que tinha saido uma carrinha com um condutor e uma outra pessoa na carrinha, como nao entendia pediu para falar com alguem do hotel onde apos algum tempo explicou que estes tinham passado la e nao estava ninguem e foram embora e ja nao voltavam. Expliquei a moca do hotel que nao poderia ser verdade pois nao tinhamos saido do local e nao apareceu ninguem. Apos 7 min de chamada desligaram. O hotel sugeriu chamar um taxi e foi o que foi feito. Nota: Durante o tempo que esperavamos, passou na Gran Via uma carrinha Mercedes preta com um condutor nos dois sentidos. Entretanto, no tempo em que esta carrinha passou uma vez, parou uma outra com um condutor e uma rapariga ao lado do outro condutor na rua mais acima (C. de San Bernardo), mas pareciam estar meio perdidos e voltaram a fazer marcha atras e passaram mesmo a nossa frente com a rapariga a dar instrucoes ao condutor mas nao pararam), podera ter sido coincidencia mas corresponde a indicacao dada pela pessoa ao telefone...2 pessoas no veiculo. Servico para sacar dinheiro aos turistas, com pessoas completamente fora do panorama do turismo em Madrid....mais vale pagar mais e chamar um taxi ou o Uber. Esta empresa e gerida por aldraboes e pessoas desonestas que mentem com todos os dentes que tem na boca....deveriam de ser alvo de uma fiscalizacao por parte da entidade que tutela este tipo de negocio.....para esquecer....
