We are an English couple. We rented a van in Ducal and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Easy pick up and drop off, a fair price and a good van. From the moment we walked into the Ducal office, we had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice lady named Grise, who was friendly, professional and efficient. Its great. I only advise you that if you are going to rent with them, you make a whole book of photos of the vehicle because they give it to you with damage and then they claim that it was not there and they take it away from your deposit. They rented me a van with the side scraped by an impact and a broken mirror without a trim. I had a brush with her in the same place where I already had a previous blow, I assumed the consequences and reported it. Well, they charged me for the entire repair of the entire van with all its damages. Luckily I had taken photos of the damage it had when they gave it to me. But when I ask them up to 3 times by email and by phone for the report from the expert and the workshop with the difference between the damages caused and those they already had, they stop responding and charge them all of my deposit without proof.

Solo les aconsejo que si van a alquilar con ellos le hagan un book entero de fotos al vehiculo porque te lo entregan con desperfectos y luego aluden que no estaban y te lo quitan de tu fianza. Me alquilaron una furgoneta con el lateral rozado por un golpe y un retrovisor roto y sin embellecedor. Tuve un roce con ella en el mismo sitio donde ya tenia un golpe previo, asumi las consecuencias y di parte. Pues me cobraron a mi todo el arreglo de la furgoneta entera con todos sus desperfectos. Por suerte yo habia tomado fotos de los desperfectos que tenia cuando me la dieron. Pero cuando les solicito hasta en 3 ocasiones por e mail y por telefono el informe del perito y el taller con la diferencia entre los danos causados y los que ya tenian me dejan de responder y se lo cobran todo de mi deposito sin justificante.

We rented a van for a day, the deposit was in reserve. We drove around 130 km, put in 12 of diesel and left it as we found it. The surprise was that when we returned it they told us that we had not replaced the diesel, however, as I said, we left it as we took it, which is what they told us. They have taken 18 of the 200 deposit we left! I feel scammed and disappointed with this company, and since we have always used their services, they treat us like this. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else

I highly recommend the rental company. First we borrowed a 9-seater bus, then a standard passenger car. Very nice staff. Deposit possible in cash, payment for rental in cash or card. The cars were clean and I managed to book them right away at the office. We will definitely come back!

And, since it was only half a day, it cost me 55 euros (of the 150 it cost me to have the doors delivered to my house). The office is in the shopping center itself. The vans in the parking lot below.
