I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the excellent service provided during our recent trip to Funchal. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The pickup from the airport was prompt, and we were able to get the car quickly and easily at your office. The car itself was spotless, ran perfectly, and gave us no issues throughout our journey. A special thanks to Ana,Miguel and Francisco for their professionalism and for ensuring a smooth experience. We also appreciated the convenient ride back to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable car rental in Funchal. We had looked for a car rental company that would bring a car directly to the port, as we were arriving for a one day stop through Royal Caribbean. When we got there, Anna was there waiting for us directly at the port and walked us to our car, which was less than 60 seconds from the gate. She and her peers showed us how to run all of the features of the car and even helped link our phones to the GPS system! We arranged a time to bring the car back and they were there waiting for us, as we returned the car to the same place where we picked it up. Anna and her colleague were so kind and welcoming, and the service was bar on the best car rental experience we have ever had, I would highly, highly recommend this rental company without hesitation! Seeing Madeira by car was fantastic as we were able to go up to the north coast and see the lava pools and other places of interest.
Friendly staff, fair prices, no credit card is required to rent a car, no any hidden tax. The car was new and had more than enough power to go up and down the mountain roads. Seat Arona, automatic transmission. Minimal paper works, 10 minutes to get the car and 5 minutes to return it back. I was fully satisfied with my "rent a car" experience.

Very good rental company, very nice owners, very good and well-kept cars! All these opinions cannot be wrong and they are certainly not biased :) Our Seat was fine and covered almost the entire island. Plus tasty Brisa Maracuja, which Jaca recommends here in Portugal. Regards and I recommend!

From Australia and first time hiring a car driving on the right side of the road! It's a family run business with amazing service and gave us great recommendations of places to go (highlighted it on the map!). Highly recommend if in Madeira. Cars run well and are nice and clean.
Fabulous company. Both the staff members we spoke with were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to get the car a day early as well as drop off a few hours early on our last night! Ana was extremely knowledgeable about great spots around the island. And the male staff member (didn't get his name) showed my partner the ins and outs of the car and was very clear with his instructions. No hidden fees just the price of the booking and the EUR300 deposit which was all very clear at the time of booking online. Driver was 23 and we didn't have to pay any extortionate extras for young driver insurance. We did get a parking fine (for parking on the path - so don't do that) and they sorted that out for us, as the slip needed filling out and returning to the police. We just paid the EUR30 fine. All round fabulous company could not recommend enough. Will definitely be using again the next time we visit Madeira.
