Terrible experience this time november 21 ...car was terrible dirty no petrol no wipers missing rubber blades .. tyres keep losing pressure asked for them to pick up as too dangerous to drive they did !!! CHARGED US 70 from credit card even though they offered ...used them for years NEVER AGAIN manager wouldn't speak to us on phone !!

Plus car = minus service We had a VW UP on Fuerte for 2 months. The vehicle was cheap and OK. There is no service....handover at the airport in the parking lot without an office, return means putting the vehicle down and the key under the doormat....simple but somehow strange. Unfortunately we had a flat tire...the spare wheel was almost as flat as the broken tire. The emergency number on the key fob was manned by an employee who only spoke Spanish, who then got help from a colleague who spoke very little English. He was overwhelmed and simply hung up. After the ADAC advised me to contact the landlord about the process before towing, I tried emailing... and never got an answer. So with little air in the spare wheel, I went to the gas station, pumped it up and had it repaired in a workshop after the holiday. I find it very disappointing that there was no support from Plus Car. Its just a good thing that we didnt end up stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere... Plus Car never again!

Service gibt es keinen....Ubergabe am Airport auf dem Parkplatz ohne Buro, Ruckgabe bedeutet Fahrzeug hinstellen u.Schlussel unter die Fussmatte....einfach aber irgendwie komisch. Leider hatten wir eine Reifenpanne....das Reserverad war fast so platt wie der kaputte Reifen. Die Notfallnummer am Schlusselanhanger war von einem nur spanisch sprechenden Mitarbeiter besetz,der sich dann Hilfe von einem ganz wenig Englisch sprechenden Kollegen geholt hat. Der war uberfordert und hat einfach aufgelegt. Nach dem Hinweis vom ADAC ich solle vor dem Abschleppen bzgl.der Abwicklung unbedingt Kontakt zum Vermieter aufnehmen, habe ich es per Mail versucht.....u.nie eine Antwort bekommen. Also mit wenig Luft im Reserverad zur Tankstelle geeiert, aufgepumpt und nach dem Feiertag in einer Werkstatt reparieren lassen. Finde ich schon sehr mau das es keinerlei Unterstutzung von Plus Car gab.Nur gut das wir nicht irgendwo in der Pampa liegen geblieben sind..... Plus Car nie wieder !

Cars are poorly maintained, not clean and tired. The last two times the car indicated that maintenance was needed after 2 days (we rented for 4 weeks). Last time I had to wait about an hour before someone from Pluscars arrived at the parking lot. Until last year the service was much better.

Auto s zijn slecht onderhouden, zijn niet proper en afgeleefd. Laatste twee keer gaf de auto na 2 dagen aan dat er onderhoud nodig was ( we huurden voor 4 weken). Laatste keer ongeveer een uur moeten wachten voordat er iemand van pluscars op de parking aankwam. Tot vorig jaar was de service veel beter.

When I arrived to take the car I had doubts because it scares you by saying that a scratch costs 30 to 130 euros THE scratch when in reality it goes quickly, but they are correct on the way back, the guy looked but he didnt look for the little creature! I had a good car with 25k/kilometers a 100 hp which did the trick for my stay here Thanks Hertz!

When I picked it up I searched in vain for the ticket booth. The contract is signed between the doors and hinges of the rental vehicle. The car was definitely not cleaned to the specified Corona standard. The tires arent the best and the water for the windshield washer system was completely empty. This is not how you imagine starting your vacation...

Simply good, uncomplicated, there was no office but everything worked so far. Payment by EC card was easy. Dropping off the car is totally easy.
