I used Shamrock from 19th - 26th October. Excellent reception at Murcia Int Airport. Extremely helpful support from Gary and colleague . Car was most satisfactory. Communication with Shamrock prior to hire was excellent and excess deposit was returned immediately on completion of hire. Hire charges were very reasonable and competitive. No hesitation using again. This is a very good company.
I don't often write reviews but the service from Shamrock Car Hire was quite possibly the best example of customer service I have ever had in my life. Walk out of terminal, greeted by Shamrock staff. Handed keys and shown car. When we sat in the car my wife and I looked at each other and both said " is that it" When it came time to drop the car back to the airport Gary came and collected us from the hotel and dropped us. Absolutely flawless. Only place to rent a car in Murcia. Thanks again Rory

Alan & Gary a very professional team. They sourced an automatic car for me at very short notice dropped it to my hotel in Murcia and then let me drop it off at the airport. Had the pleasure of dealing with Garry and his team in Murcia recently on a 2 week car hire. Great service extremely well priced in comparison to other rental agencies. I had i misfortune of mixing up my airports and dropped car an hour away in Alicante. Lads collected it from there with no issues or charges. I would highly recommend shamrock car rental.

Great service provided by Shamrock cars and great prices too. The airport pickup/drop off service was a lovely touch and very considerate of Gary so we weren't trying to find our way from the airport to the apartment in the dark! Would fully recommend this company for car rental services.
