Pues super decepcionada no tienen palabra alguna, pague el coche,y el envio a domicilio,se supone que llegaba en 2 o 3 dias y ya han pasado 15 dias !!! Coche pagado documentacion en casa pero no tengo coche solo saben poner excusas

Compre hace 6 anos un coche de segunda mano en este lugar me decian que estaba todo bien que no daban mas garantia por que no les dejaban pero que era una maravilla Pues bien ahora he tenido una averia y resulta que cuando han empezado a repararlo la mitad de las piezas del motor estan con marcas de desguace Por lo que me vendieron un coche reparado yo no se cuantas veces Enganandome diciendo que era de una mama que solo lo usaba para llevar a los ninos al colegio Son unos ladrones y unos estafadores

Buenas compre un coche de 4 anos y bien hasta que pido el libro de mantenimiento ,no lo tienen me dicen que tengo 10 anos de garantia en ciertas piezas ,me entero que no son 10 anos de vida del coche , no me dan certificado de siniestro al tener 4 anos lo pido por si , me apanan un par de picotazos y se queda peor que estaba, a los 25 km me salta fallo voy al dia siguiente lo quita y a los 20 km otra vez el fallo, lo dejo en el taller oficial( una maravilla las personas que atendieron ?y me dicen que si he tenido algun golpe por que el fallo puede ser de un golpe. Ahora a esperar respuesta del taller y todo esto desde el 16 de julio.
Hello, I bought a 4-year-old car and it was fine until I asked for the maintenance book, they don't have it. They tell me that I have a 10-year warranty on certain parts, I find out that it is not 10 years of life of the car, they do not give me a certificate of accident since it is 4 years old, I ask for it in case, I manage to get a couple of pecks and it is worse than It was, after 25 km I get a fault, I go the next day and remove it and after 20 km the fault again, I left it at the official workshop (the people who assisted were wonderful? and they tell me that if I have had any damage, why did the failure could be all at once. Now we have to wait for a response from the workshop and all this since July 16.
Despues de mas de diez anos como cliente con dos vehiculos voy a cambiar de concesionario, ya van 20 dias para limitarse a pedir piezas nuevas para la reparacion del sistema de cierre del porton trasero de mi opel insignia y lo peor de todo es que llamas para preguntar y se limitan a pasar el aviso. Un desastre.

Compre un c4 cactus en 2015, ahora tengo un fallo de fabrica, con el sistema anticontaminacion, en el que me marca que el coche no arrancara en 700km estando el deposito lleno. Y nadie se hace responsable de esto. Jamas recomendare a nadie que compre un vehiculo del grupo psa.

A pesar de que no se soluciono el siniestro con el que llegue a el taller (por causas de seguro) debo decir que la atencion fue exquisita ademas quiero hacer una mencion especial a el responsable de taller JULIO HERRERA CASTANOS que fue con la persona con la que trate y fue excelente un chico super amable y atento con todo lo que necesite ya que no es la primera vez que voy a este taller por esta persona. Vamos que de las 5 estrellas 4 son para el.
Although the accident with which I arrived at the workshop was not resolved (for insurance reasons) I must say that the attention was exquisite. I also want to make a special mention to the workshop manager JULIO HERRERA CASTANOS who went with the person with the I tried and he was excellent, a super friendly and attentive guy with everything I needed since it is not the first time I have gone to this workshop for this person.
