En mi desagradable experiencia, no recomendaria esta empresa en lo absoluto compre una furgoneta hace ocho meses tan solo cuatro dias despues que me la entregaran ya me toco llevarla por garantia ha tenido cuatro visitas al taller. En este momento lleva un mes y no me dan solucion ni escribiendo a un correo ni llamandolos muy mala experiencia juegan con la necesidad de las personas..
In my unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this company at all. I bought a van eight months ago, just four days after they delivered it to me, and I had to take it in for warranty. It has had four visits to the workshop. At this moment it has been a month and they have not given me a solution either by writing to an email or by calling them a very bad experience, they play with people's needs.
tuve que ir a arreglar uno de los retrovisores y no pienso volver. he visto y escuchado cosas y no puedo dejar de pensar en el horrible trato que reciben sus empleados. En mi opinion eso indica la mala gestion y organizacion de la empresa
I had to go fix one of the mirrors and I'm not going back. I have seen and heard things and I can't stop thinking about the horrible treatment their employees receive. In my opinion this indicates poor management and organization of the company.
Alquiber funciona fatal, tengo el coche en el taller y en vez de planificar y poder darme un coche de sustitucion (que tengo incluido en mi contrato) me dicen que hasta 48 horas pueden no darmelo. Pues bien ya han pasado mas de 48 horas y no solo no me lo han dado, que no cogen el telefono y se corta en varias veces que he llamado. Se pasan la pelota de unos a otros...y el resultado es que estoy sin coche
Alquiber works terribly, I have the car in the shop and instead of planning and being able to give me a replacement car (which I have included in my contract) they tell me that they may not give it to me for up to 48 hours. Well, more than 48 hours have passed and not only have they not given it to me, they don't pick up the phone and it hangs up several times when I have called. El vehiculo que compre a superado todas mis expectativas, el coche esta perfecto tanto dentro como por fuera.Desde que lo compre no he tenido ningun problema, estoy encantada. No tengo ninguna duda que volveria a comprar. El vendedor demostro tener grandes conocimientos, me enseno diferentes opciones para que se ajustasen a mis necesidades. La atencion es exquisita ya que te describe las caracteristicas del vehiculo y ademas te da informacion relevante sobre su rendimiento seguridad y comodidad.
