Popped in on a Monday hired car (it's the A class black Mercedes in the photo) full insurance unlimited miles dropped car off at our hotel where they picked it up no problems at all. We could have dropped it off at airport but chose not to. I would definitely use again when in area.

Had a car booked with this company for 2months, confirmed the booking 2weeks before we wanted the car then rang up the night before we were due to pick the car up and they said they didn't have a car for us, they had tried to contact us but the girl in the office said she had not taken my contact number down correctly. This was a complete let down, left us high and dry. Thank god for Helle Hollis

The pictures of the cars on the website are like new, the reality is something else entirely!! I booked a gasoline Toyota Auris, I got a diesel that was approx. 15 years old and had been driven for approx. 210,000 km!! The car is wrinkled, scratched, dented, the mirror is broken, the glare shield is glued to the roof!! Definitely a necessary piece of equipment in a country where the sun shines at least 300 days a year!! I have never come across such a bad and dirty rental car before!! Not even in Mombasa, Kenya!! Add 30e more and youll get a brand new, clean car with less than 100,000 km driven from the city center, the rental of which also includes Airport transportation if you wish.

Unreliable operation. We got an offer for a rental car on Wednesday afternoon, I made a reservation the next morning at 7. Nothing was heard from the car rental company all day. The next day (Fri) it was announced that the car had already been booked elsewhere! A more expensive alternative was offered instead...an ancient sales gimmick? If not, it would be more professional to state until when the offer is valid, or alternatively, that nothing has been booked yet. I recommend the slightly more expensive Autocat (Blue Cat). Reliable, flexible and easy. For a small extra sum, complete cancellation of the deductible, unlimited km, insurance also valid outside of Spain, as long as it is mentioned, additional drivers free of charge, etc.
