Very disappointed. I rented a small van for one day, had a small scratch into it. They took my deposit EUR150 and promised to call back. Never did for over ten days, and attempted to deduct more money from my credit card without contacting me first, nor sharing with me the quote. When the bank blocked their attempt, he then sent me a message. The cost of repair would not cost more than EUR150 but he wants EUR360 by unilaterally deciding it and taking it away from my bank card. This is clearly unacceptable to anyone. I would not recommend them at all. Preferably rent from reputable international companies that value their reputation.
I rented a Mercedes box van with tail lift from their Los Boliches location. I received helpful, friendly service. Easy rental procedure and good quality vehicles. My deposit was fully refunded within 24 hours. I can highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
