La peor empresa que he contactado pague online hize la reserva luego me envian que no hay furgonetas disponibles y me dicen que el dinero me lo devolveran en 24/48h y han pasado 70h y llamas y te dicen que en 24/48h y cada dia lo mismo. Son IRRESPONSABLES!!!

Secured booking and went two hours by train but were told at arrival that there are no (functioning) cars. Offered no other solutions. Whole weekend built on having access to a vehicle. Thanks
Mal en todo. NO RECOMENDABLE. Continuan sin aceptar tarjeta de debito, solo credito. En ese caso te obligan a contratar la cobertura maxima y 100EUR de fianza si pagas con tarjeta de debito. No contactless. Y a nivel personal oficina de Girona aeropuerto la encargada una prepotente

Ik wil de auto die ik besteld heb maar deze hadden ze niet ik krijg een upgrade ,nog van een Peugeot 2008 naar een Opel mocca is geen upgrade een slechte auto veel schade plekjes en moet 119 euro betalen omdat ik anders 1040 excl BTW eigen risico heb afzetters zijn het ben niet blij met deze auto ik zit klem met mijn benen en als ik mijn kids mee wil zitten zij ook klem op e te kleine achterbank slechte zaak er was geen andere auto aanwezig dus ik kon deze of niks dat is geen keuze

They are rip-offs, I am not happy with this car, my legs are stuck and if I want to sit with my kids, they are also stuck on the back seat that is too small, which is a bad thing, there was no other car available so I could have this one or nothing, that is not a choice.
Hired car, Fiat 500, in Tarragona, left off in Figures. We had priced rail tickets for 2 of us and additional cost of car hire for 4 days was marginal, given flexibility this choice was a "no brainer". The service was pleasant and efficient, no hidden costs, car in great condition and spotlessly clean. Returning process was simple they checked car no damage, tank full and only normal usage dirty, they signed the rental agreement to show all returned in order and we went off very pleased with the experience. Not only had we got to our destination, we had visited many places on the way and around Figueres including in France as cross-border cover was included!
We would like to say a huge thank you to Elena and her colleague and Europca e Figueres. Our experience of renting a car from you over the last 10 days has been 1st class from collection to departure. We had an accident during our rental, which was not our fault and reported it the new day. The driver of the van left his name and number on the windscreen so was contacted and took full responsibility. As a result we were not in any way penalised. We were very impressed by the way the whole issue was handled by you and the driver at fault. Many many thanks. We will use you again when we return next year.
