Fast pick up and drop off. We were 3 hours early but the car arrived when we were waiting in line so we were able to get the car early and did not have to return.
Very nice staff who worked with us make sure we had the best experience possible. A bit difficult to find, just note the office faces the train station and not the street

Si no quieres tener sorpresas busca otra alternativa. Empresa catastrofica. Nada profesionales. Irresponsables. Trato penoso al cliente. Tenia un vehiculo de 9 plazas reservado y pagado y para el Puente de la Constitucion. Cuando fui a recogerlo me dijeron que no lo tenian. Y se quedaron tan anchos... Cero empatia hacia el cliente. Tuve que buscar otro vehiculo fuera del territorio nacional ya que por fechas aqui ninguna compania tenia estoc en su flota. Por poco arruinan unas vacaciones a 9 personas. Ademas tardaron 15 dias en devolverme el dinero pagado de la reserva. Ahora tengo presentada denuncia al Consumidor para reclamar los gastos extra ocasionados.
If you don't want to have surprises, look for another alternative. Catastrophic company. Nothing professional. Irresponsible. Terrible customer treatment. I had a 9-seater vehicle reserved and paid for and for the Constitution Bridge. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have it. And they were so wide... Zero empathy towards the customer. I had to look for another vehicle outside the national territory since at the time here no company had stock in its fleet. They almost ruined a vacation for 9 people. Furthermore, it took them 15 days to return the money paid for the reservation. Now I have filed a complaint with the Consumer to claim the extra expenses incurred.
