Auto Green in Faro

Fantastic! I have hired cars at Faro Airport on 5 previous occasions with various different companies and different experiences, mostly pretty poor. Auto Green were without doubt the best by miles. I booked online so most of the paperwork was already done. Met by a representative and completed the paperwork in 5 minutes and taken to the car. The car was a 7 seater automatic as I had requested and was in excellent condition. It's so refreshing to have a company do what they say they will in a very professional manner. If I could give more stars I would. Truly excellent!

Always use Auto Green when travelling to Portugal, the service is great. I email the details and the car is ready to go as soon as we get off the aeroplane!

Great company, everything went smooth, great staff. Got new seat Ibiza without any problems. Only thing I didn't like is you have to put your CREDIT card details in order to pay tolls in Portugal, i have looked through all emails and website and this has not been mentioned, felt like a trap.

Great experience from start to finish. Simple booking system and by far the best value vehicle in comparison with other companies over the same period. Greeted at the arrival hall by Patricia who was amazing, not only provide an overview of the hire process, travelling in the area and things to be aware, but also gave us invaluable information on places to go and the best bakery (who made awesome cake). The vehicle was perfect for our needs and drop off back at the airport super easy. Highly recommend

Great car hire, reasonably priced and with excellent customer service. Got the Seat Ibiza which is good for the small roads of Algarve. Hassle-free experience with the insurance and extra extensions of rental days. Can gladly recommend this company for a pleasant start to your vacation!

Beware! This car hire company will charge you for damage even if you have bought the excess insurance. They say they charge 'as you didn't report it'. Tried arguing my case with them but no way. Very unprofessional. There are better car hire firms from Faro airport.

I had a good experience. I was picked up from carpark 4 and deposited without issue. I had a fiesta from 21st Jan to 6th Feb. It was clean inside and out and fitted my needs perfectly. The company pointed out damage that i had not noticed prior to driving. The rental was economical and no issues with returning. I paid a very small amount for excellent service. Thanks
