Very small car rental with unfriendly aggressive staff. I had to deal with what appeared to be a Russian woman who was obviously in a very bad mood. On the street in front of her store she almost ran me over. Very bad education! Who does not want to have trouble should go to a real car rental.

I had two car rentals in last month and the experience was perfect - nice people (speaking spanish, italian and also some english) :) and cars ideal for narrow and zigzag Tenerife roads. And also reasonable prices - especially for longer car rentals.

The lady booked the same car for 2 people at the same time. She didn't care and blamed website for the error. What is more, the tank supposed to be full but it was only half of the fuel.

Terrible car hire company. The car was of such a low standard that it should not have been on the road, let alone rented out to a customer: 123,000 km on the clock. Door locks did not work, bald tyres, no rear wiper, no boot cover so we had to leave our valuables in the back. An attempt to break into the car on Mount Teide left us with no way to get into the car!!! The company kept out 50 euro deposit due to the incident that was their making. Avoid like the plague and use a reputable company.

Rental of a vehicle for 1 day. Expected amount 40 euros and when depositing the vehicle, we were asked for 10 euros more because the small vehicles are apparently only rented for 2 days! 1st scam... 2nd scam: Fiat vehicle not maintained, 2 lights came on, 1 of which was for tire pressure which we had to check on the road and the other we did not know what it was. The vehicle was sluggish with cigarette burns on the seats. In short, to be avoided. Next time we will choose Cicar.

Le vehicule etait poussif avec des brulures de cigarette sur les sieges. Bref a eviter. La prochaine fois nous choisirons Cicar.

They respond immediately if you need a quote, they are professional, good prices compared to the competition, 24 hour assistance, if you need advice or assistance they respond immediately and I have to confirm an excellent collection and delivery service anywhere. They dont ask for money or credit cards over a certain age as a guarantee on the car. If we return we will definitely rent the car with them again and always with the insurance included. I recommend it to everyone.

Disastrous, horrible, they have no consideration. To get to the car they dont take you, you have to walk along a little map they give you. It did not have a lock, the windshield wiper was missing, it smelled strongly of tobacco and there were remains of food, not vacuumed without cleaning. He wont change it because they are from individuals, he says. When we deliver we have to do the same and they dont review it. They did not return the deposit to hold me responsible for damages because supposedly we did not guarantee that we found the car in that state. I warn you that if you get there and see something strange, dont shut up, they are a mafia.

+German speaking landlady+ We were invited to this car rental company based on personal recommendation. We rented a Seat Ibiza here for 8 days at the beginning of June. The vehicle had around 50,000km and was in good condition, freshly washed and vacuumed. We were very satisfied with the service, and of course the deposit (which is comparatively very low at 50 - keyword excess in the event of an accident or theft) was also returned. Processing the paperwork was very quick and unproblematic, and paying in cash wasnt a problem either. We would rent a vehicle here again at any time and can absolutely recommend the service. It is usual for Costa Adeje that the rental car must be picked up by the renter from a location within walking distance (~5 minutes on foot) - but this is the generally difficult parking situation to blame, not the landlord. When returning the vehicle, the vehicle is simply parked in the area and its location is then communicated to the rental company. We also booked a boat tour lasting several hours through the landlady, the aim of which was to observe whales and dolphins. To our own surprise, it worked really well and we were really happy with what was offered. The price included drinks and sandwiches. We can also highly recommend the trip! But you should definitely remember sunscreen! You can also book other excursions with her - its worth taking a look and getting some quick advice.

Das Fahrzeug hatte rund 50.000km und war in gepflegtem Zustand, ausserdem frisch gewaschen und gesaugt. Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden, die Kaution (welche mit 50 vergleichsweise sehr niedrig ausfallt Stichwort Selbstbeteiligung bei einem Unfall oder Diebstahl) gab es naturlich auch zuruck. Die Abwicklung des Papierkrams war sehr zugig und unproblematisch, auch Barzahlung stellte hier kein Problem dar. Wir wurden hier jederzeit wieder ein Fahrzeug mieten und konnen den Service absolut empfehlen. Es ist Costa Adeje ublich, dass der Leihwagen vom Mieter an einem in fusslaufig erreichbaren Ort (~5 Gehminuten) abgeholt werden muss hieran ist aber die allgemein schwierige Parkplatzsituation schuld, nicht der Vermieter. Bei der Ruckgabe wird das Fahrzeug auch einfach im Umkreis geparkt und dessen Standort dann dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Haben uber die Vermieterin ausserdem eine mehrstundige Bootstour gebucht, deren Ziel die Beobachtung von Walen und Delfinen war. Zu unserer eigenen Uberraschung klappte das wirklich gut, waren mit dem Gebotenen wirklich zufrieden. Im Preis waren Getranke und Sandwiches enthalten. Den Ausflug konnen wir auch sehr empfehlen! Man sollte aber unbedingt an Sonnencreme denken! Man kann bei ihr ubrigens noch weitere Ausfluge buchen reinschauen und sich kurz beraten lassen lohnt sich.
