Sixt counter is inside the Kempinski hotel. We had a very friendly conversation, we didn't have to wait and the car was in almost new shape. Upon return we could drop off the key at the hotel reception at any time.

Third bad experience with Sixtin a short period and probably my last one. Prices at the desk are much higher than online, a pushy salesperson working there and they tried to charge me an additional day - I only noticed cause I checked the final bill carefully, normally they are designed in a confusing way so that most people wont even notice.
Easy to find (just inside the Kempinski hotel), very friendly and helpful staff on collection and return. It's one desk, not a big office, but I found this to be a more pleasant experience. I had reserved a car through the app which helped make the whole process very quick and smooth.
I made a rental in this agency for 2 days I paid 478.95 euros (from 06/08/21 to 08/08/21, to make things easier for you) To my surprise I was debited for an additional 603.42 euros without justification !!! Incredible but true !!! Please reimburse me as soon as possible.
