Horrible customer service. The booking email and text reminder said to pick up the car from 10:00-19:00 on a Friday. I arrived at 14:50 to pick up the car and leave for a trip, but they were closed. I had to go rent a car from another company that was open, yet Oscar won't refund me the rental, even though it is their error. Horrible refund policy, watch out for that. Book with anyone but them!

I dont recommend them at all. They left us waiting for two hours and gave us no car or solution. They had previously sent us a message that the car would be at 10am, we left at 12:10 without a car and having lost two hours there. A shame, none of the employees were willing to solve anything. Very bad experience. By order, the place where the vehicle is picked up is far from the center so you have to walk. Beyond that, I made my reservation 3 days ago, at all times I received SMS with information about the rental of the vehicle and the confirmation of the reservation, that at 10am the car was there, not only that when I arrived at the place the car was not there. But the company did not take responsibility at any time or provide solutions. We called the center and they cut off the call when they heard the complaint. The truth is that I came from Barcelona with the trip already organized, itinerary and because of the company I couldnt make it happen and I lost the money for the reservations in the hotels where I was going to stay. The truth is that I was embarrassed by the ineffectiveness of the employees and the company. They asked us for solutions when they are responsible. I do not recommend the company at all and I hope this comment helps you improve as people and as a company because the truth is very rude. 2 hours waiting in the office for them to tell us that the fault lies with the owner of the car... please be non-serious. Then if you have to return the car it has to be a weekday because they dont open on weekends.... solutions 0 (zero).

Mas alla de eso, hice mi reserva hace 3 dias, en todo momento recibi sms con info sobre el alquiler del vehiculo y la confirmacion de la reserva, que a las 10am estaba el auto alli no solo que cuando llegue al lugar no estaba el auto sino que la empresa no se responsabilizo en ningun momento ni aporto soluciones. Llamamos a central y nos cortaron la llamada al oir el reclamo. Yo la verdad vengo desde Barcelona con el viaje ya organizado, itinerario y por culpa de la empresa no pude concretar y perdi el.dinero de las reservas en los hoteles donde me iba a alojar. La verdad me dio verguenza ajena la inoperancia de los empleados y la empresa. Nos pedian soluciones a nosotros cuando ellos son los responsables. No recomiendo para nada la empresa y ojala este comentario les sirva para mejorar como personas y como empresa porque la verdad muy maleducados. 2 horas esperando en la oficina para que nos digan que la culpa es de la duena del auto... por favor poco serios. Luego si toca devolver el coche tiene que ser dia de semana porque fines de semana no abren.... soluciones 0 (cero).
