The best car rental I have used. Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful. Celestino Benitez the main man at the Estepona rental office was so nice and did everything for us. The whole process was so easy compared with other car rentals I have used.
At short notice a car was delivered to my hotel at 7.30am - as promised - paperwork was sorted and I was on the road by 8am. Cheap but very very efficient car hire - thanks!
Amazing service, amazing value! I booked online on a Sunday night and they called first thing on Monday to say they had no vehicle available... oh no! Back to car crawler!... then an hour later they called to say they had a cancellation. They also told me they had a branch local to me to save me the delivery fee! Car was clean, well maintained and perfect for us. Whole pick up and drop off transaction took less than 20mins in total. They extended my rental with no problems. So friendly, so accommodating and such good value - I will never rent from anyone else in Spain again!
Two years in a row dealing with Haro, and I will continue renting with Haro for the upcoming years. Excellent team.
be careful with these charlatans, they offer you cars inferior to your needs and if you find a better offer and cancel their services, they steal 100 euros from your account for nothing. I suffered this on June 17, 2024!
Excellent service! Called them during closing hours in the weekend, but a few hours later a car was delivered at our hotel! No trying to convince you to take unnecesary insurance, no unreasonable warranty sum on your creditcard. We could leave the car at our hotel and the key at reception. Very pleased!
Great service and very pleasant experience! The process of taking the car is very simple and easy, Valentin was waiting for us at the airport and the car was spotless clean and new. When we had to return the car, we just went to the parking across departures and he was there already waiting for us. The whole experience was carefree and very simple as there wasn't even a deposit blocked at the beginning, I highly recommend Haro rent a car!
