We always use Estepona Car Rental because they are professional and extremely good value for money. This time we collected from the airport. The service was excellent, with clear instructions for returning.
Feel conned! Car was supposed to come with a full tank but only came with half. Was advised to fill up completely after telling them where we were travelling to. Barely used 1/4. I was later told this is quite common and upon returning the car the guy agreed and said would see about reducing some off the bill. Nothing was deducted. You have been warned!
Very unprofessional. After I rented a car three months ago for a month and a half, I arrive to no car. They apologized but it wasnt enough to cause me not to have a car during a very hot summer when every place I contacted is sold out for the summer.
Very helpfull personell. They speak good english. A little expencive. They do require a credit card, but can tak debit card if you pay a depositum. We only met at the location and asked if they have a car and where posetively suprised
I am 55 years old and I always went on holiday in my own car because I was afraid of all the issues related to renting a car, its insurance, blocking money on the card, etc. Quite by accident, I found information about your rental company. I called twice over the course of half a year to make sure that you really weren't blocking the money on the card and that the car was fully insured. I rented a car for 9 days for the low amount of EUR 215. And I'm in such a positive shock that I can't believe it. Yes, I had some problems finding the driver who delivered the car to the airport, but this man made every effort to find me via WhatsApp. Taking care of formalities? Wonderfully. We have provided details of all 3 drivers. Yes!!! The car can be driven by 3 drivers for one price! I paid EUR 215 with Revolut. Yes, from the Revolut card!!! Yes. The car had a lot of scratches, but as I noticed later in the field, they are not difficult to find in cities. Fortunately, we didn't cause any damage. We were given a map with a clearly shown place to park the car. Clear instructions on what to do with the key. And that's all. Let's go. We returned the car to the parking lot after 9 days. We sent photos of the car and that's it. I will come back to Andalusia for sure. Even though you have a limit on kilometers per day and a ban on traveling outside Andalusia, I will not for a moment think about another rental company but you. For me you are great.
What an unprofessional Company. I went to ensure we had a car and offered to pay a deposit to ensure it was there. Lucus assured me it was all ok. So we presented the next day, booked the car through him, and he said the confirmation would be emailed. Later that day we noticed an email saying, no car available!! When I phoned another person in the office said they'd check and let us know. Much later because we were getting desperate I phoned them again. No car available.They couldn't care less! We had hotels booked we couldn't get to. Never deal with them again. 3 weeks Later: Since this complaint, the company has apologised and I appreciate that. We have heard good reports of your services from other people, so hopefully, your staff will realise the impact poor customer service has on your business. this is not an honest and trustworthy company When i came to pick up the car i was told they had no car , very strange because i saw the keys on table . He was saving that for someone for the next day . Because pickup time was after closing time i could not find someting else and had to make high taxi cost . reservation confirmation was canceled 2 days after the desired rental date.
Have just returned from Estepona after 9 days during which hired car from this company as a first. Have to say service was first rate from initial booking to collection at Malaga airport and return of car. Excellent no nonsense arrangement at sensible price with everything included and helpful representative waiting for us with car conveniently close and in immaculate condition. No hesitation in recommending and will be booking again in September.
