Ins Hotel Fuerteventura Princess rein, links hinter Rezeption Autovermietung gefunden. Auto Citroen C3 ausgesucht und reserviert. Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt Vertrag gemacht (5Minuten), Schlussel bekommen und sehr ordentliches Auto mit 30.000 km erhalten. 80 Euro fur 2 Tage fand ich auch ok . Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung, deshalb wahrscheinlich auch kein "anschauen" des Vermieters vor oder nach Ubergabe. War seeeehr zufrieden Und Mitarbeiter bei der Vermietung super nett und freundlich.

Noleggiato l'auto per un giorno, c'era solo una persona davanti a me e la disponibilita era immediata senza prenotazione, prezzo fisso con assicurazione completa, l'unica cosa importante e tornare col serbatoio pieno, meglio ancora con scontrino in mano. Facendo in questo modo non abbiamo avuto il minimo intoppo, l'assicurazione non copre le strade sterrate. L'auto che abbiamo preso si presentava un po' male, qualche danno sulla carrozzeria e un po' sporca dentro ma essendo completamente assicurata non controllano ne prima ne dopo, il contratto che firmate e abbastanza minimal e chiaro. Praticamente un prestampato. Restituzione veloce non hanno controllato niente.

Very unpleasant dreadlocks guy in Fuerteventura Princess. After online reservation with good price I got answer "Not available cars in these dates" . In hotel rental desk many cars are available with higher prices. Before rent I wanted read rental conditions but dreadlocks guy said: You can't read agreement before sign - ridiculous. Highly recommend to rent car in Morro Jable with other rental companies. You can get a bus to city for 1,40 EUR.

Terrible service. No answer to e-mails and online reservation. After waiting in line in pickup point for 2 hours to get a car, I was told that I would not be served because the office will be closed in 5 minutes and customer service employee will not make a reservation because no one would pay them for it. Customer service level less than zero.

We reserved the car (VW Polo) here for our stay in Fuerta for 27.12.2021 - 03.01.2022. The car was pretty new, clean, tanked fully and no deposit was required at all!. The service was great. We wanted to return the car at the hotel outside of the office hours, it was totally not a problem, the man suggested just to leave the keys at the reception. It was very helpful. Terrible service, you call on the phone and the man who answers you is a real idiot who says that there is no availability for 2 months. I work in a rental car and I know perfectly well that there is availability starting next week, and you search on Google and all the companies also have availability starting next week. If the man does not feel like working, he should rethink his position. The page is quite bad since you enter the companies when you enter the date and time and you get availability of the vehicles and on this it tells you directly that there is one and that you make the reservation. Once you do it, they tell you you will receive an email soon to inform you of availability. When the mail arrives, it says car not available. The friendly employee asked me to drive to the office, which was 2km away. There are enough cars there. So far I have been very satisfied on Lanzarote 3 times, easy to process, cars with few km, great price. But now in Fuerteventura the purest catastrophe. Reserved online, at the airport at the parking lot described there is a barricaded house and no one can be seen far and wide. 2 phone calls and 25 minutes later an MA shows up. When it was handed over, the vehicle showed a massive loss of pressure in one tire, three tires no longer had any tread, the tank was <1/4 full, the car was dirty. No thanks! This doesnt even justify a low price. Conclusion: Lanzarote 5*, Fuerteventura 1* Check the car carefully and if necessary refuse to take it over.

El problema son los seguros, lo haces a traves de la pagina web de Rentalcars por poner un ejemplo, pensando en dejar todo cerrado, cuando llegas alli te das cuenta que te has gastado el dinero a lo tonto ya que segun la compania no te cubre nada y tienes que dejar una fianza de 1550 , lo justo para que la tarjeta no funcione, ya que la gran mayoria tienen el tope a 1500 , asi de esta forma pagas un seguro que segun ellos estas fuera de problemas, segun ellos... pagas trescientos y pico euros aunque si luego devuelves el coche con el deposito lleno te reintegran ciento y pico...total que pagas 265 aparte del alquiler, solamente de seguro. La verdad es que no te quedas convencido de nada, nosotros no hemos tenido problemas con el coche y no ha hecho falta hacer uso del supuesto seguro, pero en el dia que lo alquilamos habia unos italianos que pincharon una rueda y estuvieron todo el dia de lios, por un simple pinchazo. Parece ser que esto es lo habitual con las companias en Fuerteventura. He puesto dos estrellas porque el coche estaba bien y no tuvimos ningun problema.

We booked a car on Friday in advance for Monday at the Princess Hotel location. No deposit or security deposit. Payment on the day of the loan. Payment by card only. The gentleman willingly explained everything and gave advice. He taught where insurance pays and where it doesnt. For example, when I asked if I could go to Cofete Beach, he advised me not to because of insurance and towing. The insurance is therefore most likely only valid where there is a paved (asphalt) road (as with all rental companies in Fuerteventura). The information from the gentleman was that the towing price would cost 400 euros. I rented a Jeep Renegade just to drive on unpaved roads. The car was relatively clean and without any problems. The price was 65 euros/1 day or 24 hours from Monday 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday 10:00 a.m. Agreed on everything without a problem. Free parking everywhere. My recommendation: if you plan to go to Cofete beach for example, I do not recommend renting a small car with a low chassis or low profile tires. I can safely recommend the rental company from my experience.
