Walked in to enquire about renting a car the following day. Fadel explained everything very well and we paid a very good price to rent a car for 24 hours which saved us alot in taxis and meant we had somewhere to store our belongings for the day. We paid for extra insurance which was just peace of mind for us. Very highly recommended would definitely use first rent a car in future.

Gave me complete confidence as he gave me his mobile number should I have any issues. Return scooter late at night and the office was closed but provide service so you can drop keys off. My experience with First rent a car in Es Canar has been more than I wished for. Xavi (the manager) is very customer oriented. He thinks along with your preferences and even with the kind of places that you would like to see. Bringing back the car went as smooth as picking it up; no strings attached, very trustworthy. I will definately rent a car or scooter here in the future and I would highly recommend this place to others too! PS - keep in mind that it takes +/- 15-20 min for taking or bringing back the vehicle. The personal approach leads to a bit of waiting time, however, this is more than worth it!

We hired a moped from this place today for our family. Xavi was there to greet us, we booked the moped, helped us to fit helmets, great customer service and was polite throughout,very helpful and couldn't fault anything about the day. Dropped the moped back, checked the moped and had our deposit refunded. Will definitely use again!!

Xavi was superb! Within a few minutes we had a beautiful Fiat 500C, cruising around the fabulous island of Ibiza. We paid extra for the full insurance and it gave us peace of mind. We would strongly recommend and we will definitely use First again for car rental!

Can recommend! We took the full coverage insurance for our own peace of mind and paid extra to drop the car off at the airport which was very nice. We contacted them about getting a car the same day and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a car with in 90 minutes from calling to check with availability. The car was exceptionally clean and in very good condition. We received our deposit with in 48 hours from coming back home.

Avoid!!! We spent 10 days in Es Canar and rented several vehicles from this company (scooters and 9-seater truck). Please note, the deposit is systematically debited from the bank account and is re-credited several days later. Be careful of the ceilings when the deposit amounts to 900 Euros. As the fuel tanks are not filled at the start, it is very difficult to refill exactly the same quantity. In fact, you often give back much more without compensation from the rental company. On the other hand, if you have the misfortune of returning with a little less than when you left, your deposit will not be returned to you in full and you will be charged far too much fuel. the employee present blames the computer, no discussion possible and the boss does not answer the phone. Concerning the vehicles, they are poorly maintained and borderline dangerous. The 9-seater truck that we rented twice had a steering defect. we reported it and nothing was done to resolve the issue. It is impossible to be heard. In short, a deplorable experience and a clear lack of seriousness.

Concernant les vehicules, ceux-ci sont mal entretenus, a la limite dangereux. Le camion de 9 places que nous avons loue 2 fois presentait un defaut de direction. nous lavons signale et rien na ete fait pour resoudre le probleme. Il est impossible de se faire entendre. Bref, une experience deplorable et un manque de serieux manifeste.

Bad experience from the beginning. We arrive at the office and they tell us that our motorcycle (125cc) does not close the trunk properly and that they offer us a motorcycle with a smaller displacement. We accepted what we had paid with the risk that no one would open the trunk . We continue: in the conditions of doouspain it said that there was insurance for 7 per day and a deposit of 300. Our surprise when we arrived at the office was that they asked us for 8 a day and a deposit of 750. Finally, after fighting on the phone with the boss (very rude), he accepts doouspains conditions. En cuanto a la entrega de la moto, en doyouspain habia marcado devolver la moto por la tarde ya que habia pagado el dia entero. Pues resulta que como la moto se entrego a las 10:00h se tenia que entregar a esa misma hora sino se cobraba un dia de mas. En definitiva, que mi peticion de devolver la moto por la tarde como habia marcado se la pasaron por donde ellos quisieron sin previo aviso.
