Last week i rent a car here. Was not the first time , i rented cars here before, for the past years when i am on holiday in Ibiza. Almost brand new cars, with low milage. If anytime is wrong, they do everything to help you. Overall no complaints.

We went to Ibiza at the end of August and rented a car. Everything went extremely well thanks to Xavi, who was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Facts only facts: - reservation 2 months before with proposed and accepted care at the hotel - the day before I ask if the pick up is still ok : no answer - the D-day... nobody comes - I call it does not answer. E-mail: it does not answer. - 30' later it answers: we arrive (it is to 9 minutes of the hotel) - 20' later: nobody. I take a cab. 10EUR lost - at the agency: nobody! They are 3 behind the counter. - 45' of check in to get a scooter (really?) - I don't want the insurance: they explain me 4 times that it will cost me a lot if something happens... thank you I understood that you are going to be a pain so I filmed the scooter in all directions! - For 6 days I have no contact with them so it's ok. The scooter is conform. - For the return, they must come to the hotel (it is marked and they have circled in pencil on the contract at 10:30 in the morning) - At 10:30 am? Nobody... - I call: it does not answer. Yes, but if I leave, what do they do? - I call ... it rings but nobody answers - after 30' it answers and they tell me to leave everything at the reception desk "uh no because you're going to find me things I want to be there for the return and get my 700EUR". They hang up. I call back, they don't answer. I have to leave for the airport... I shoot again in all directions and I cross my fingers because if they keep the guarantee I will only have a distant and therefore useless way to make myself heard. Finally I got my deposit back. Conclusion: They are not dishonest but they suck... they don't answer, they don't keep their commitments, they hang up. To flee. There are many renters on the island and it can hardly be worse

This is an unacceptable rent a car company with no proper service. We have been given a broken car, scratches on the side, broken window, no petrol. Manager of the site did not help and offer only to get the car longer. This is reckless we had small children.

Fast and friendly service, spoke good English too. Most rental firms in Spain will not let you rent out a vehicle without a credit card but these guys did with minimal fuss. I was on the road within 10 minutes of walking in,that simple. Good prices too.

Wir haben uns einen Wagen nach Cala Llenya liefern lassen. Das Auto war punktlich vor Ort, sauber und vollgetankt. Kurzer, gemeinsamer Check mit der Mitarbeiterin, Vertrag unterschrieben, bezahlt, fertig. Abgabe unkompliziert uber das Hotel, Ruckerstattung der Kaution erfolgte zeitnah. Too bad I cant give a rating of 0! Because in fact we wanted to rent (via our Iberostar hotel) a convertible car from this rental agency but it did not happen for several reasons. (1) quite simply already, because the representative wanted to write my complete credit card number (number + expiry date + cryptogram) in black and white on a paper contract (loose sheet) for the deposit. Contract which can, of course, be read by anyone, therefore CB usable by any dishonest person. So it was already off to a bad start, because there was no chance of me writing this information down on a simple paper contract. This kind of practice is worthy of the 1980s; while we are in 2024 WAF! We managed to find a compromise: I generated an eCB (single use therefore less risky) (2) then, the price announced the day before on the phone and on the day by the representative was almost doubled (335 versus 185 announced for 2 days of rental of a mini-cab). In fact, the agency wanted to charge us for 3 days instead of 2 + PREMIUM insurance almost equal to the rental price. For the insurance: I explained to the representative that I did not want this insurance because I already paid for it with my credit card (visa) but it was impossible to escape it, she did not want to know anything (even reading the CG document from my bank Ditto with the intervention of a hotel manager who explained it to him in Spanish). (3) Our 2 days rental was for Friday 10 a.m. to Sunday 10 a.m. However, the agency is closed on Sundays... so you had to leave the keys at the hotel reception. In the idea, why not, but given the different opinions read and the way in which the negotiation had started: it would have been impossible to take stock of the vehicle when returning it and therefore bye bye the deposit in whole or in part! 4: FINALLY AND ABOVE ALL: the attitude of the representative (Candy G.). Indeed, she had an execrable attitude towards us! Almost no hello on arrival, never a smile, she was angry and puffed openly when we explained things to her: wow, incredible! In short, we decided to cancel the rental because there were too many negative points. Incidentally: we also took the opportunity to tell her that she was really not friendly and that she should change jobs because such an attitude is really not correct when dealing with clients!!! (We finally rented elsewhere (TURBO Es Canar agency) and it was night and day: I highly recommend them!)

On a reussi a trouver un compromis : jai genere une eCB (usage unique donc moins risque) (2) ensuite, le prix annonce la veille au telephone et le jour J par la representante etait quasi double (335 versus 185 annonce pour 2j de location dune mini-cab). En effet, lagence a voulu nous facturer 3j au lieu de 2 + une assurance PREMIUM quasi egale au prix de la location. Pour lassurance: jai explique a la representante que je ne voulais pas cette assurance car je la payais deja avec ma carte bleue (visa) mais impossible dy echapper, elle ne voulait rien savoir (meme lui lisant le document CG de ma banque. Idem avec lintervention dun responsable de lhotel qui lui a explique en espagnol) (3) Nos 2j de location etait pour vendredi 10h a dim. 10h. Or lagence etant fermee le dimanche... il fallait donc laisser les cles a la reception de lhotel. Dans lidee, pourquoi pas, mais vu les differents avis lus et la maniere dont avait commence la negociation : il aurait impossible de faire letat des lieux du vehicule au moment de le rendre et donc bye bye la caution tout ou partie ! 4: ENFIN ET SURTOUT : lattitude de la representante (Candy G.). En effet, elle avait une attitude execrable envers nous! Quasi aucun bonjour a larrivee, jamais aucun sourire, elle faisait la gueule et soufflait ouvertement quand on lui expliquait les choses : wahou incroyable! Bref, on a decide dannuler la location car trop de points negatifs. Accessoirement: nous en avons aussi profite pour lui dire quelle etait vraiment pas aimable et quelle devrait changer de metier car une telle attitude nest vraiment pas correct face a des des clients !!! (Nous avons finalement loue ailleurs (agence TURBO Es Canar) et ce fut le jour et la nuit : je les recommande fortement dailleurs!)

Booked the car one day in advance, signed the contract and paid the next day. Great service, we were served very friendly. The inspection was also very uncomplicated! Very good English and some knowledge of German. Prices and cars can be easily accessed online. There were no surprises for us; the prices were taken into account. The car drove perfectly. We had it for a day trip. Be sure to discuss everything exactly. Then definitely recommended!

Einen Tag vorher das Auto gebucht, am nachsten Tag den Vertrag unterschrieben und gezahlt. Super Service, wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Auch die Kontrolle verlief sehr unkompliziert! Sehr gutes Englisch und etwas Deutsch Kenntnisse. Preise und Autos ganz einfach im Internet abrufbar. Es gab bei uns auch keine Uberraschungen, genau die Preise wurden auch berucksichtigt. Das Auto fuhr einwandfrei. Wir hatten es fur einen Tagestrip. Unbedingt alles genau absprechen. Dann auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

An underground car rental company... Not given a written contract... Allegedly due to computer problems. No handing over of the car... Just hand the keys and youre done. The tank was half full when we took it over. Returned full tank. They simply dismissed it and acted as if they didnt understand what we wanted... Ive been waiting for the deposit to be refunded for 4 weeks now. Written requests are simply not answered... I have never experienced such poor service. I can only advise anyone not to rent any vehicle from this car rental company.

Der Tank war halb voll bei Ubernahme. Vollen Tank wieder abgegeben. Das hat man einfach abgetan und so getan, als wurden sie nicht verstehen was wir wollen... Auf die Ruckzahlung der Kaution warten ich nun schon seit 4Wochen . Schriftliche Anfragen werden einfach nicht beantwortet.... Ich habe so einen schlechten Service noch nie erlebt. Ich kann nur jeden abraten, bei diesem Autovermieter irgendein Fahrzeug zu mieten.

Contrary to some other reviews, we had a very good experience here! Have a great car, 1 Series BMW with just 1000km in perfect condition. The prices are fair and with the appropriate insurance we felt safe even in the sometimes busy traffic in Ibiza. The employees around Alessandro and his team are great, super friendly, good English and German, absolutely customer-oriented. At the end of our tour we had the problem that my girlfriend had sat on chewing gum and brought it into the car upholstery on her pants, but here too no drama was made of it, no horrendous cleaning prices were charged or even a complete preparation. Simply friendly and always back in Ibiza!

Wir haben hier entgegen einiger anderer Rezensionen eine sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht! Haben ein tolles Auto, 1er BMW mit gerade 1000km bekommen in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Preise sind fair und mit der entsprechenden Versicherung haben wir uns auch in dem teils wuseligen Verkehr auf Ibiza sicher gefuhlt. Die Mitarbeiter um Alessandro und Team sind klasse, super freundlich, gutes Englisch und Deutsch, absolut kundenorientiert. Am Ende unserer Tour hatten wir das Problem, dass meine Freundin sich in Kaugummi gesetzt hatte und diesen an der Hose mit ins Autopolster brachte, aber auch hier wurde kein Drama daraus gemacht, keine horrenden Reinigungspreise verlangt oder gar eine komplette Aufbereitung. Einfach sympathisch und jederzeit wieder auf Ibiza!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They sent us to this office because the one we had reserved is permanently closed and no one notified us or confirmed if we were interested anyway. They came to look for us and took us to this office, which means that later you have to take it to another place where you dont have the hotel and make another trip back again. We rented a car from Class rent through our hotel. We were picked up at the hotel but didnt know what the intention was. The man who came to get us said nothing at all. He walked outside and got into his car. Didnt even explain that we had to get in, let alone give us a hand to get into his high car. He also didnt say that it would take half an hour and that we had to go to another hotel. When he arrived at the company location, he got out again without saying a word or helping to get out. He came across to us as completely out of touch and very customer unfriendly. We had nothing to say about the car, a nice, fairly new car. But no explanation was given about how things worked. Too bad, it really could have been different.

We hebben via ons hotel een auto bij Class rent gehuurd. We werden bij het hotel opgehaald maar wisten niet wat de bedoeling was. De man die ons kwam halen zei totaal niets. Hij liep naar buiten en stapte in zijn auto. Legde niet even uit dat we in moesten stappen laat staan dat hij een handje hielp om ons in zijn hoge auto te stappen. Hij zei ook niet even dat het een half uur zou duren en dat we nog langs een ander hotel moesten. Aangekomen op de locatie van het bedrijf stapte hij uit wederom zonder een stom woord te zeggen of te helpen uitstappen. Hij kwam op ons over als compleet contactgestoord en zeer klantonvriendelijk. Op de auto konden we niks aanmerking, een mooie vrij nieuwe auto. Maar een beetje uitleg over hoe eea werkte werd niet gegeven. Jammer het had echt anders gekund.

I go in to rent a car, as soon as I enter they speak English saying that the store is closed for half an hour (closed but with the door open) I talk to my friend about why she speaks to us in English if we are in Spain. An older employee approaches me aggressively and asks if I have any problem with this since most of the customers are foreigners. I respond that Im also a foreigner, Im Portuguese and I dont have to know how to speak English. He tells me sarcastically that he doesnt know how to speak Portuguese.
