Car really good quality, staff friendly, but not enough of them. Only issue was the queue to pick up the car as only one person serving.
**"Terrible Experience - Complete Scam!"** I had an awful experience with this rental company. They scammed me by asking for extra money when I arrived, far more than what was agreed upon when I booked the car. To make things worse, I didn't even get the car I had reserved! Every car they had on-site had Polish license plates, which seemed suspicious and unprofessional. If you're considering renting from them, think twice - this company is dishonest and not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs!
Ripoff first they say i cant use my creditcard because not my fullname is on the card, and they try to scam u when u return the car, with spots on the car that were already there. Dont rent from this company
Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, otherwise that is what I would give. I took excess insurance out in the UK. They would not recognise that. I had a credit card in my digital wallet, they would not recognise that, even though they had a card reader. They made me take out their insurance at an extra EUR300 to what was already agreed. The rental car company are not located on site, so you have to use one of their buses to get you there, adding more time to your days travel.
Please avoid renting from this company. They will find a way to hold on and keep your entire deposit amount for damages not caused by you. Not worth even 1 star.
Booked a hire car with YourRent after being recommended by family. I couldn't be happier with the services provided. They were quick and efficient and the car provided was very tidy and clean. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and Hamza, the gentleman who assisted me with my booking, was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use YourRent again and would recommend anybody else to too.
Same company as wheego. Probably changed name due to terrible reviews. I had a terrible experience with them. They did not send me the current damage details on pickup. Didnt think anything of it. Of returning the car the drivers wheel was curbed which i know i did not do. The bill for this was EUR650. Avoid this place like the plague.
