Generally a good service. Very nice car in good condition. Shuttle service was good also. We were made aware of the PS900 deposit which was fine however. Be aware, if you drop the car back out of hours it will cost you 40 euros in cash which I had to leave in the glove box along with the car key!! Leaving the car unlocked. Seemed a bit unprofessional to me . . Also I had to pay PS110 fuel deposit. I returned the car full of fuel and only received PS85 back. So to clarify, it cost me approximately 70 euros on top of the rental charge so be aware of the hidden costs. Would've been 5 stars if not for this..

WHEEGO REVIEW CLASSIC Rental Car FRAUD. AVOID at all costs. I picked up the car which had a major collision damage on the body of the car. The employee (Zack) told me this was nothing to worry about and that it was already appointed in the contract, which I was made to sign before I could read it... This was already a red flag but I chose to believe that Zack was being honest. Big mistake. When i delivered the car 4 days later, another employee (Hamza Sohail) went over the car and found a scratch on the door SO SMALL that it did not even show in photos or videos I had made on pick up. (Actually IT DID SHOW on my video but when I showed him this he found a even smaller part of it that he claimed did not show...) He claimed that I had damaged the car (I had DEFINTELY not, it was only ever used 2 times on the highway to and from my hotel, and I never touched anything with the car, and the 'scratch' was on the inside of the door) and therefore he refused to release the 900 EURO hold on my credit card!!! When I refused to agree to this and started to complain loudly in front of other customers he took me to his back office and asked for my credit card so he could refund me. He made me sign some documents which he told me was the check in documents. But instead of refunding me my money HE PUT ANOTHER 900 EURO HOLD on my car! So this 20 EUR budget rental company which operates under different names and sellers have now STOLEN 1800 EUROS FROM ME. Under the FALSE pretense of a scratch smaller than a fingernail. I did not have time for any more BS from this criminal enterprise since my flight was leaving and this company was so clearly a fraud; but you better believe I will take legal action! ABSOLUTE FRAUD OF A COMPANY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They're Buisness Model is not renting cars, it is the classic Tourist Trap of charging you for damages to their already damaged rental cars: 1. They will try to upsell you a expensive insurance (I was forst given a rate of 130 EUROS (which is actually 30 EUROS); deliver you a collison damaged car where they claim that all damages are noted (they are not), and send you happily on your way. 2. On the return of the car they will check everything much more thoroughly and you BET they will find ANY minuscule damage (that you would never be able to find or document yourself even if you had a MACRO LENS on your camera; and that was already there a long time) to keep your 900 EUR hold. Then they will tell you to go and fight with your your insurance company over this. What a way to ruin the end of your holiday and leave you furious for your return flight... Dont make the same mistake as me, do yourself a big favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE Theire rental cars are all with Polish License Plates which makes me believe they are also running some kind of tax evasion scheme. These guys are PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTERS preying on tourists outside of the airport. A CLASSIC SCAM.

Second time I have used Wheego. This time I booked direct with them. Wow what a difference. I arrived and my contract a key was waiting on the desk. Checkout only took 5 minutes. We paid only EUR35 a day for a brand new SUV with full cover no deposit or liability. Thanks Adrian & Dave for a very smooth rental.

The car they gave us was very clean and new, barely had 1000km. Special mention to Denis, the worker who waited for us till 1 am at Alicante airport, he was very nice and expleined the rules and the contract clearly. What a wonderful week we had!

Reserved a family size car from Skoda and got what we wanted. The car was new and clean. We opted for a full insurance eventually and no regrets. Staff was correct and had good communication. Might come again here, but will reserve directly.
