When we arrived on November 11th all the offices in the arrivals hall were closed. We were instructed to go to the car park office where we usually collect the car. There were lots of customers and very few staff and it took over an hour to collect out car. We were told the airport were refurbishing the arrivals hall. OK mobility should have fore seen the problem and had more staff. Also we did not receive any paper work, we were told it would be emailed to us, this did not happen, I don't know where it went but we did not receive it. In my opinion it would be far better to have the paperwork when you collect the car, you could check it there and then and check the car for damage and compare it to the damage report sheet. Even if there was a small charge for this service it would make my hiring a lot better. I find OK Mobility brilliant in every aspect and would not use any other company. The offices being closed where probably not OKs fault but I feel they should had more staff on duty. The paper work saga could be resolved very easily by printing it out and handing it to the customer, even if you used recycled paper. As I said I would not use any other hire company, I find OK Mobility far superior to any other company I have ever used. Please give us the paper work as you use to.
OK Mobility gets one star from me. The car itself was fine, new and worked well. However, the process of getting it was terrible. The staff member tried hard-selling their insurance, insisting it was better than my own, which caused the long queues. It's clear they prioritise upselling insurance over efficient service. Even worse, they offer a fast-track option for a 40 Euro extra fee, which is ridiculous given the slow service caused by their sales tactics. When we finally got the paperwork, the instructions to find the garage to get the keys was very vague. Thank goodness for the brilliant information desk at the airport!
Yes , they've given top service. I know a lot of negativity can be found about car hire cos but these guys were fab. From a simple collection of keys (without any hassle about extra insurance) friendly and helpful counter staff. To a very easy return with email confirmation 2 days later that the car was returned in good condition. Fab service guys ! My kids loved the dog guard included
Cheap and good service. Have used OK mobility 3 years in a row now and am super satisfied. Can't understand the few negative reviews. But someone always complains. Do you want to save money, get good service and good new cars. select Ok Mobilty.
they robbed me of 280 euros. they stole money from my card and said the mirror was damaged. I have photos showing that the mirror was not damaged. They don't accept my explanations and deny them. thieves !! scammers !! look how many negative opinions you have !!! Ok mobility idiots give hearts in response to opinions :-) )))))
I find this one hard to review. I read reviews here last minute AFTER I'd booked. I booked at 1am on the day I needed the car. Medical issues meant I wasn't sure I was coming over to Spain so it really was last minute. The cost was PS98 for 14 days!! I mean yeah no way or I could go premium and pay PS399 for 14 days still impossibly cheap. Felt like a con then I read the reviews. And I freaked out. Emptied my bank account incase they tried to take more money. They didn't btw. So we arrived 2 hours late 3.30 am. I said 2am pick up luckily they were there. Reviews say you need to leave the airport on a shuttle to find the offices but nope they are in departures! The staff were nice, tired but nice! She offered an upgrade to get a better car I declined (I had no money on my card, my phone was dead), she offered to add me as additional driver which tbh I wanted. She said for EUR60 she'd give us a better car & additional driver. That was great EUR5 a day. I used husbands card then realised Aghh they have a card number now. It was quick and they were efficient. Finding the car was a bit hard but if you watch Benidorm (UK comedy program) think it's the norm. The car was nice very nice. Weird brand of never heard of but it looks great. Now it had damages, scratches on the drivers door, sinks on the alloys. I videoed all round for evidence and a time stamp, but nowhere to send it to, guess I coulda gone back in to them but I was too tired. We didn't add any additional dents or dinks and I repeated the video when we dropped off. Conveniently a little post box by their parking area to post the key as we dropped off before 7am the opening time for their office. Email about 3 days later saying thank you and that there was damages mentioning what i recorded when I collected. So upset me a lot as obviously if I had only paid PS98 for 14 days not the premium which was still only PS399 they would have slapped me with the costs. And I assume the next guy etc etc. so in conclusion -yes use them -Add the insurance don't be cheap, as they WILL charge you xyz for damages you maybe can't prove you didn't do -Record everything like I did and I'd say if better time of arrival or staying near Alicante go back in with evidence straight away -when you drop off the car remember to take a picture of you posting the key in their letterbox as many reviews say it was recorded as a late drop off Overall I got a car for 14 days for less than i usually pay for a weeks hire, it was a luxury car too. I'd definitely use them again but with caution again. I'd always add that insurance as it's likely they'll blame you for damages you didn't cause. Spanish roads are filthy so wash it first before returning it. It's a take full return full policy unless you buy the fuel option which works out a bit more expensive but easier. Alicante car park is horrendous to get out of, relax and take your time
I got an email thanking me for my "trust" in OK Mobility and for the on-time return of the car, but attached there was a bill for 110 euro due to the "late" return of the car! Another attached invoice claimed that two wheels were damaged (a total fiction) bringing the bill up to 340 euro. On top of this they are also refusing to refund the 70 euro fuel charge despite their signed contract issued after the start of the rental stating full/full. So their reward for my 8 years of "trust" is a charge of 410 euro.
Booked car at a very reasonable price, arrived at alicante and gave my booking reference, all the information was gathered and keys handed over, collected car and having checked it, the slight damage I had noticed was already on my hire agreement, upon return the car was checked and the assistant said everything was OK, I received an email very quickly saying the car was all OK and my deposit would be returned. OK are a really good company so much so I've got a car hired for our next holiday in September, this will be a 3rd hire from ok
