Pesimo servicio. Una atencion malisima al igual que la educacion. Se equivocan en el vehiculo y te lo cambian por otro cobrandote aun mas y exigiendote que lo devuelvas antes de lo pactado

Aunque el precio estaba bien, el problema reside en el trato que yo he recibido por parte de la gerencia, y en el estado de la furgoneta, ya que estaba sucia. El gerente algo prepotente y daba largas. Ademas, a la hora de devolver la llave y recibir la fianza, el gerente no estaba y tuve que esperar mas de 30 min a que volviera para ser atendido, ya que no habia nadie mas para realizar ese tipo de atencion al cliente. No volvere a alquilar con ellos, a pesar de que el precio sea bueno, me importa mas el trato.
Although the price was good, the problem lies in the treatment I received from the management, and in the state of the van, since it was dirty. The manager was somewhat arrogant and dragged his feet. Furthermore, when it came time to return the key and receive the deposit, the manager was not there and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for him to return to be attended to, since there was no one else to provide that type of customer service. I will not rent with them again, even though the price is good, I care more about the deal.
Recomiendo mucho el alquiler en Celta Cars, he quedado muy contento y seguro que repito. Fui con un problema y me ayudaron ha resolverlo facil. Muy buen trato con ellos y gente seria.
