Por telefono nos dice que no hay problemas con la reserva, cuando llegamos alli resulta que la reserva es inexistente. El trabajador un impresentable, no nos proporciona ninguna solucion (estando todo pagado) ademas nos habla con chuleria y vacilando. En resumen un trato nefasto y un personal incompetente, no le pongo un cero porque no se puede.
On the phone he tells us that there are no problems with the reservation, when we get there it turns out that the reservation does not exist. The worker is unpresentable, he does not provide us with any solution (everything being paid) and he also speaks to us arrogantly and hesitantly. Unos sin verguenzas. Llegas a la oficina a la hora acordada y hay un cartel de vuelvo enseguida. Cuando llamas, de muy malas formas te dicen que van a tardar minimo 45 minutos y que no es su problema que la hora que tu tienes no cuadre con la suya. 1 hora mas tarde tienen la cara dura de llamarme para decirme que ya estan en la oficina... despues de haberme hablado fatal y de no haberme dado ninguna solucion y haber perdido yo UNA hora de mi trabajo.

Trato 10, coche 10, devolucion de las retenciones casi instantanea. Sin lugar a duda la persona que esta trabajando en esta oficina te transmite mucha confianza y esto se agradece! La primera vez que salgo tan contento tras alquilar un coche.
