Very friendly, good communication, we had a great experience. We didn't had an opportunity to bring back the car with a full tank because there are no gas stations directly nearby. The owners didn't mind this at all and charged us for the remaining gas so that was very kind! :-)

Please do not use this company, returned the car without any damage, the car got checked over and was fine, couple of days later I've got charged PS130.00 with no explanation why. Russian scam artists. Wish I didn't take the car when i arrived at their office, place looked like a gypsy complex

Initially we thought a good service, however when we returned the car the agent checked the car inside and out and gave a thumbs up for all good. We were then driven to the airport by the agent and even tipped him for his friendly, seemingly helpful customer service. However a week later we found over PS350 had been charged with no notification given to us and no communication by anyone. Apparently they found a scratch on the car supposedly caused by us but was categorically not caused by us. We were also charged for professional cleaning when all the car needed was a wash because all it had was dust on the outside. The inside was fine. Again no mention at car handover and no evidence provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have rented many cars and have never experienced such underhanded practices.

Charged us with 24 euro's extra cleaning! We didn't even drove the car every day, and when we drove it it was very nice sunny weather, so offcourse the car is with dust! The money offcourse was charged of my creditcard. So where to begin ha? It is a scam, trust me. And when you email them no response! Last time i rent a car with this company! BTW every rental car has to be cleaned, and this car was not extra dirty! Only dust! No mud or anything else dirty. They just want to make money simple.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I will tell you my experience in returning the vehicle. After leaving the vehicle in perfect condition, the employee told us that we had to pay 24 because the car was dirty, which was totally false as can be seen in the 3 initial photographs taken by us at the time of return. In the contract there was a clause that said that this amount would have to be paid in case the vehicle was returned that was excessively dirty and required the intervention of a professional. We refused to pay that amount and called the parent company in Valencia to explain the case, document it with photographs and at the same time complain about the employees actions wanting to get extra money from a false situation. Our surprise was huge when the company maintained the charge by presenting photograph number 4 to justify it. As you can see in this fourth photograph, the condition of the car is totally different. If you look at the window, the wheels, the rear wiper, the license plate, the underbody and compare all this with our photographs, you can see that in ours (1,2,3) there is not a trace of mud and in the one sent by the employee is totally stained. And if you look more closely you can see that in theirs, number 4, the car is inside the building, facing the wall, while the ones we took out are on the outside porch. You can even see the floor completely stained and with traces of drops that show that the back has been dirty on purpose. There is only one conclusion. The employee stained the car once they took us to the airport, thus demonstrating his intention to scam us. He even moved it and you can see how dirty the floor is in the photograph provided. After the experience, my advice is that I do not trust this Alquicoche Alicante company at all. It is not the 24 but the foul play that we have been able to verify.

Tras dejar el vehiculo en perfecto estado el empleado nos dijo que teniamos que pagar 24 porque el coche estaba sucio, cosa que era totalmente falsa como puede apreciarse en las 3 fotografias iniciales sacadas por nosotros en el momento de la devolucion. En el contrato venia una clausula que decia que habria que pagar esa cantidad en caso de que se devolviera el vehiculo excesivamente sucio y que requiriese la actuacion de un profesional. Nosotros nos negamos a abonar esa cantidad y llamamos a la empresa matriz en Valencia para explicar el caso, documentarlo con fotografias y a la vez quejarnos de la actuacion del empleado queriendo sacar dinero extra de una situacion falsa. Nuestra sorpresa fue mayuscula cuando la empresa mantuvo el cobro presentando para justificarlo la fotografia numero 4. Como se puede comprobar en esta cuarta fotografia el estado del coche es totalmente diferente. Si se mira la luna, las ruedas, el limpiaparabrisas trasero, la matricula, los bajos y se compara todo ello con las fotografias nuestras, se puede comprobar que en las nuestras (1,2,3) no hay ni rastro de barro y en la enviada por el empleado esta totalmente manchado. Y si se mira mas detenidamente se puede apreciar que en la suya, la 4, el coche esta dentro del edificio, mirando a la pared, mientras que las que sacamos nosotros estan en el porche exterior. Incluso se ve el suelo totalmente manchado y con restos de gotas que denotan que se ha ensuciado la parte trasera a proposito. Solo hay una conclusion. El empleado mancho el coche una vez nos trasladaron al aeropuerto demostrando asi su intencion de estafarnos. Incluso lo cambio de sitio y se puede apreciar lo sucio que esta el suelo en la fotografia entregada. Despues de la experiencia vivida, mi consejo es que no se fien para nada de esta empresa de Alquicoche Alicante. No son los 24 sino el juego sucio que hemos podido comprobar.

Its a shame what they did to me in this parking lot, just when I arrived my car broke down there and since I was going on a trip I couldnt send a tow truck to pick it up since the plane left and there was no time, I sent my mechanic to pick it up. repaired having notified the owner of the parking lot previously, when he showed up there he said that the car was not being touched, nor did they leave him the keys, they had to push it out of the parking lot by force, once it was repaired outside the parking lot they spoke to the owner again to put it back in and said that the car would no longer enter the parking lot, a shame, instead of providing facilities to solve the problem, they did the opposite, they wanted to call the civil guard and on top of that they did not come to pick us up at the airport when we arrived from the trip I dont recommend it at all!!

Booked via Sunnycars. The car was fine, although full of scratches and dents (due to large hailstones), but the car drove fine. We booked all-in to avoid unforeseen costs. Unfortunately that did not work out. When we returned the car everything was fine. However, when we got home we saw that money had been debited from the credit card and we received an invoice by email. This was for interior cleaning 20, exterior bill 20, and a key ring that was worn 20 ex VAT. The outside of the car was a bit dirtier than when it was picked up. And the inside was neat, we only drove it for short distances, didnt eat in it or anything. Ive never experienced this before. Sunny cars solved it nicely, but would never rent a car here again.

Dit was voor interieur reiniging 20, exterieur rekening 20, en een sleutelhanger die versleten was 20 ex btw. Auto aan buitenkant was wat viezer dan bij ophalen. En binnen was netjes, hebben er alleen korte stukken mee gereden, niet in gegeten of iets.Heb dit nog nooit mee gemaakt. Sunny cars heeft het netjes opgelost maar zou hier nooit meer een auto huren.

There we were, in Alicante we wanted to take our rental car to the place to return it. Then of course we had to catch a flight, but... Due to a wonderful party, the parking garage where we had parked it was closed and we could not get out. Huge stress of course, what now?? Called Alquicoche and they helped us so well! We were allowed to leave the car and agreed to meet at the airport to return the keys there. Luckily there was a taxi a few blocks away to take us. Made our flight home! Today I received a nice message that Alquicoche had picked up the car from the parking garage and that everything had been taken care of. We were very happy with the solution and friendly treatment offered. We would like to rent a car from these people again next time!

Daarna moesten we uiteraard een vlucht halen maar Wegens een prachtig feest was de parkeergarage waar we hem hadden neergezet afgesloten en konden we er niet meer uit. Enorme stress natuurlijk, wat nu?? Alquicoche gebeld en wat hebben zij ons goed geholpen! We mochten de auto laten staan en spraken af op de luchthaven om daar de sleutel in te leveren. Gelukkig was er een taxi een aantal straten verderop om ons te brengen. Onze vlucht naar huis hebben gehaald! Vandaag netjes bericht gehad dat Alquicoche de auto had opgehaald uit de parkeergarage en dat alles dus was afgehandeld. Wat waren wij enorm blij met de geboden oplossing en vriendelijke behandeling. Bij deze mensen huren we de volgende keer weer graag een auto!
