This was the first time I have rented from this company best customer service, great car. I will definitely continue to rent from them. Every time I go to Mexico.I've rented from namebrand rental companies, which in my opinion is nothing but scams. They force you to buy the full coverage insurance a lot of hidden fees. I totally recommend this rental company.

Rented a KIA Rio from Live Car Rental for a week in Early April. I was in contact Jose Jimenez who provided great customer service and was very transparent as to the process. From the cars reservation process, Picked me up from the Airport, explained the rental contract, we did a walk around the vehicle while he took video of the car and then me a copy of it, he also made the return process easy. The vehicle itself was new and very clean. I plan to rent from them again and will be recommending to others flying into GDL.
