No respetan tarifa. Y no son profesionales. Me hicieron puro teatro para perder mi tiempo aun viendo que voy viajando con mi hijo de 11, solo para invitarte que mi documentacion no era " valido, y en el siguiente car rental me atendieron como Rey. Senora gastatiempo!
They do not respect rates. And they are not professionals. They made me pure theater to waste my time even seeing that I am traveling with my 11-year-old son, just to invite you that my documentation does not It was valid, and at the next car rental they treated me like a King. Time waster lady!
Faster, cheaper and better personalized service than any other company in the GDL airport area. My husband and I travel to GDL frequently and have had nothing but trouble with many other agencies who do not honor your online rental order. Renting a car with this company was hassle free and very fast. We had a quick pick up at the airport and there were no surprises when it was time to sign the contract and pay for the rental. overall 5 star service.
