No habiamos reservado nunca con ellos y he de decir que de 10. Agradecer la atencion de Nuria y el chaval que nos dio la furgoneta. Nos dieron la furgoneta bastante limpia y nos explicaron el funcionamiento de ella cosa que en otros sitios de alquileres que hemos realizado nos han dado las llaves y a correr. Muy recomendado!!!

We always ask if it is ALL RISK and they always tell us YES. Today when returning it with a scratch, they say that it is full risk but with a deductible of 200 euros, which they never notified us. Very disappointed by the bad information. Then they will say that we didnt read the contract, that I will have to read it now. But I trusted them. So, never again. What a disappointment after so many rented cars, vans and trucks. And now I find out about this. Which in the end is the deception and disappointment that makes you lose confidence. So, I can no longer recommend it. And you already know that it is not completely risk-free, they have small print that they keep quiet about. After reading the general conditions, the vehicle insurance is third party. I cant believe it. Its not even a franchise anymore. They will charge you whatever they deem appropriate. What a dangerous lie for those of us who rent.

Y ya sabeis que no es a todo riesgo total, tienen letra pequena que se callan. Despues de leerme las condiciones generales, el Seguro del vehiculo es de terceros. No puedo creerlo. Ya no es ni franquicia. Te cobraran lo que estimen oportuno. Que mentira mas peligrosa para los que alquilamos.
