Alquilamos un coche automatico para 4 dias con 5 dias de antelacion. El dia de la entrega no estaban informados del alquiler, por lo que no tenian el coche preparado. Tampoco tenian a disposicion un coche automatico como pagado a traves de la web. Tuvimos que esperar mas de 1 hora en el concesionario para que preparasen un coche. La persona que nos atendio nos informo que recibiriamos la diferencia de precio entre el alquiler de un coche automatico y manual, pero nunca recibimos ese reembolso, a dia de hoy lo seguimos esperando. Durante la recogida del coche nos atendio una persona poco profesional, sin experiencia de como alquilar un coche, que nos aporto informacion erronea de como recibir ese reembolso. En cambio, durante la entrega del coche nos atendio Fernando, una persona muy profesional y atenta, quien nos facilito el email de atencion al cliente, pero seguimos sin recibir ese reembolso.
We rented an automatic car for 4 days with 5 days notice. On the day of delivery they were not informed about the rental, so they did not have the car ready. They also did not have an automatic car available as paid through the web. We had to wait more than 1 hour at the dealership for them to prepare a car. The person who assisted us informed us that we would receive the difference in price between renting an automatic and manual car, but we never received that refund, and to this day we are still waiting for it. During the car pick-up, we were assisted by an unprofessional person, with no experience in how to rent a car, who gave us incorrect information on how to receive that refund. On the other hand, during the delivery of the car we were assisted by Fernando, a very professional and attentive person, who provided us with the customer service email, but we still did not receive that refund.
Alquilamos de urgencia un coche, intentamos conseguir un coche por la zona, y fueron los que nos atendieron mejor. Nos dieron buena atencion y pudimos disfrutar de un coche. Recomiendo esta empresa.
