Top service - Mariia was very helpful and made the check-in process super smooth. Note: Check-in should be done within the airport main building first (at the Sixt desk) - if you're lucky they might do it here, but there's a good chance it'll be faster to do it inside.

As usual, great competitive prices and this time friendly staff Needed a car for a couple of days during my work trip in BCN and Sixt was the best price of all the companies in the airport. Had a little incident with a dent that wasn't recorded and I found out but they were pretty chilled about it even though the email I had to send with the picture never reached the right person. Don't forget to carefully check your rentals BEFORE leaving the parking always!!!

Please note Sixt does not hesitate to overcharge you during rentals, including for covered hazards. We had the problem in Spain, slow tire puncture, flat the next morning after sleeping at the hotel 2km from the agency. Vehicle exchange, we are assured that there will be no costs. 1 month later Sixt invoices 200 for tire repair.

Kind workers and eager to help. The first time I asked about another rent a car and they very kindly helped me locate it, they were friendlier than where I had rented the car. So this time I went straight to them, new cars, well equipped and the employees are still as friendly as when I asked them about the other rental company.
