The car rental experience was incredibly disappointing. We waited over 45 minutes just to get the car we had reserved, with no clear communication from the staff during the delay. The service was disorganized, and it seemed they were unprepared to handle even basic requests efficiently. Staff appeared indifferent to the frustration of waiting customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth rental experience.

Terrible experience. Contacted company to inform of delaying car return by a day, penalty fee advertised was reasonable. However, on return we were penalised by a fee equivalent to a week's rental. They were unreasonable and did not care. Now they are chasing as stating that we did not pay this fee because at the time their printer was not working and cannot find their own receipt. Fraudulent, misleading and incompetent!

Do not use this company. They are absolute scammers. Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. The story begins with us getting a flat tire: there wasn't a spare wheel. We had to wait for a whole day to get a substitution car and of course we couldn't fill up the tank for first car because they had to take it away with a tow truck. And the end of the rental we gave the substitution car back with a full tank (as required). However, they made us pay not only for the gas for the first car (which could be acceptable) but also for an extra fee for the trouble of having to put the gas themselves. Unbelievable!! Like it was our fault for not putting the gas... Like it was their trouble and not our trouble for not having a spare tire and having to wait a full day to get a replacement car... Unfortunately the story is not over. They later notified me that we got a speed ticket and that they would send it to me for us to pay it. There was no information whatsoever in the email about the charge, the ticket and how to pay it. And yes, I would have paid!! Apart from that email, I didn't receive anything nor I heard from them again (it has been 3 months). This until today when they charged me 50EUR as a penalty for the following: "The Lessor will always charge Renter 50EUR per penalty imposed on Renter for the notification and handling of fines". Except that I didn't even get the fine, and they were the ones who notified me in the first place. How was I supposed to pay?!?! They charged me without even notifying me first, without my consent. And it's impossible to find a contact number to argue my point with someone working there. Again this is a big SCAM. DO NOT USE IT!! The initial lower price might be tempting but you will end up spending way more than with a legit rental. And now on top of this I will also have to pay the fine (if I ever get it LOL).

Had just had a good experience using OkMobily in Germany. Thought it would be the same. Total disaster!! No signs at the airport, no signs at the shuttle stops. No response from the customer service (my US phone carrier barges me $60 for the calls I made) no help. More than 1 hour wait for the shuttle. Another 45 min wait at the counter.

Good experience overall. However, there should be improvement in providing info about the place to get the shuttle in advance as the office is quite far from the terminals.. also waiting time in the office took about 20 minutes to pick up and around 10 min to drop off..

Great rental company! Everything is straightforward with no misinformations! Very affordable rental cars and even mopeds! Great service and kind staffs! Also you get a ride from the airport to the office and back to the airport after returning your rental car which is very nice! Almost feels like a luxurious service when arriving and leaving the country! If you do as it says on the terms and services you should not be in trouble for anything or any extra costs. Just remember to inspect the car before driving off and if you notice even a small damage or something just let them know so you won't get charged after returning the car! And of course return the car with full tank to avoid reduction from gasoline deposit! 5/5!!

I was expecting something really bad considering the reviews here. But I was surprised. They were very quick and helpful. We had planned to get 2 cars ended up with one big one which saved us a few EUREUR! Did not get the extra insurance as we now have the hire car insurance you can buy online. Did not get snow chains for the trip to Andorra as Andorra is really good at clearing there roads by morning. (Just don't drive in snow!) Top tip of ours is get your own contract for them to sign when you return so that you can get them to declare that nothing is wrong or damaged when you return and you are sorted! Price seemed good.

I put one star because you cant not put any. I bought a vehicle for 19 thousand euros in cash with a one-year warranty. The vehicle started to give me problems, I sent an estimate for the repair which is what they asked me for and I never heard back from the warranty, not only that, I called and no one helped me, they told me to contact them via email and the staff who was in contact with me blocked my emails. Disgusting business conduct. Booked through Doyouspain as an agent. The only task is to hand over a car that works for 9 days (as long as the vacation). That wasnt the case. On day 7 the car no longer started. Substitute? None. First cheek: Costs for towing charged: Approx. 350. The height of impudence: we were charged another 300 because we allegedly filled up with the wrong fuel. But we hadnt refueled at all. It is also noted on the check-in/invoice document that we supposedly drove 1100km. A blatant lie. We drove about 120km with the car. Note: Take photos of the mileage. Assholes.

A traumatic and inhuman experience. This company left us completely abandoned in the middle of nowhere, in 40 degree heat, in a country where we didnt speak the language and no one spoke English. The assistance number was not working, and when we finally managed to contact the Milan Central office, the girl (Anna) who helped us laughed in our face and promised to send us a link to request roadside assistance, of course it never arrived. When I tried to call again, the number was no longer available. We had to pay for a tow truck on our own and rent another car because we were literally alone, without support, and not knowing what to do. To make matters worse, they call us on the day of returning the car asking us where their car was and that they had people waiting to pick it up. crazy!!! After submitting a formal claim (which they have never responded to), they confirmed by email that they had FULLY returned our deposit, however, 1 month later they took 1,200 from us without prior notice. We have submitted a formal complaint, but the company continues to ignore us. I cant describe how desperate and heartless this situation is. A true nightmare. Of course we are going to take legal action, what they have done to us is inhumane.

Para colmo, nos llaman el dia de la devolucion del coche preguntandonos donde estaba su coche y que tenian a gente esperando para recogerlo. una locura!!! tras presentar una reclamacion formal (que nunca nos han contestado), nos confirman por email que habian devuelto INTEGRALMENTE nuestra fianza, sin embargo, 1 mes despues nos quitaron 1.200 sin previo aviso. Hemos enviado una reclamacion formal, pero la empresa sigue ignorandonos. No puedo describir lo desesperante y desalmada que esta siendo esta situacion. Una verdadera pesadilla. Por supuesto vamos a tomar acciones legales, lo que nos han hecho es inhumano.

Then this amount was lowered to 332 after negotiations. It looks like its up to the customer. Those before us were 20 then those after us were 150 . Why does the price paid upstream on the internet not correspond to the real price of the rental? Its ridiculous, they offer lower prices online to attract them and then they match them once there. Fortunately Booking found a solution and refunded our reservation.

Que lo pone en conocimiento de su jefa. A dia de hoy no se nada de su jefa . nunca mas y no la recomiendo.

INEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LACK OF SUPERVISOR PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. It was my second time renting with this OKMobility and it will be the last. I rented an electric car at T1 at Barcelona airpot, after an hour wait in line to get my car they did not have electric cars available on site. The Ok mobility Agent who was handling my rental was calling an outside airport parking to check if they had electric cars available. He called 2 times and never got an answer about availability. After waiting 35 minutes I scaled the case to the supervisor to get whatever car as the wait was too long already, however she said she could not give me any other car that I did not pay for, which vas electric and automatic transmission. She said we called (in front of me and I am native Spanish speaker --which means I could understand the whole conversation-- and she could not get any confirmation about the car being delivered to the airport. She said car would be here in 5 minutes ( a white lie because I checked on google the distance and also the Agent who helped me before the supervisor said that the location was 15 minutes away). After 20 more minutes of waiting, the supervisor said the car was arriving in 5 minutes, which was a lie because I was in front of her and when she called the parking lot and no one was able to confirm there were bringing a car over to the airport. All that happened in front of me, the Supervisor talking on the phone with people at the parking lot and she was not getting any answer on availability over the phone, despite of that, she wanted me to keep waiting assuring that the car would be there in 5 minutes, 15 minutes after I said I was willing to get any car at this point, however they only had cars from another upper category and If I wanted one of them I had to pay extra. So I ended up paying 166 for a technically superior car to be able to get out of there. I ve also ask for a Government official complain form, they would not give it to me, which is illegal. I am filling the official complain form from the Government of Catalunya to get the 166 back as i do not think is fair to have to pay extra when they did not have my car ready and also not having a supervisor with some sort of work ethics and common sense. I was in a very abusive, not educated and human being degrading situation, I ve even felt that supervisor was racist and discriminatory against me because at the same time she was helping nicely another customer. DO NOT RENT IN THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT TREAT WELL SPANISH SPEAKERS AND TREAT WORST ENGLISH SPEAKERS.
