Everything was OK with the agreement, people polite, helpfull and most important fair and honest! Car was clean and good quality!!! It would be good if there is any sign at the shuttle bus pickup point next to the airport (we were not sure at the first time)

Returned my vehicle that I took for 3 nights at the city centre click rent office. Staff John helped me settle everything at this office, he was friendly, kind and someone to have a great conversation with. He was efficient and quick in ensuring my car return is handled quickly and ensured that we faced no difficulties doing so. Wonderful experience with a perfect and flexible customer service. We got a brand new car, which was a truly amazing Nissan Xtrail, perfect for the conditions in Spain. Fast, dynamically accelerating, well equipped and quite well resisting the 40+ degrees of heat. We had to contact the customer service via e-mail and over the phone before the car pick up and they responded very quickly and helped us a lot. That allowed for a successful start of our journey. The pick up procedure also was very effective. I do not recall the name of the gentelman who supported us, but his English was perfect. We got even better car than expected, as well as the advice which allowed for a peace of mind while driving narrow streets and old town parkings, which are not super comfy for big SUV drivers. Upon return Sergio has examined the car, has not found any damages and then quickly organized a shuttle to get us to the airport.

I had a very disappointing experience with ClickRent company. Here are the main issues I encountered: - The process took much longer than expected and was very disorganized. - They pressured me into purchasing unnecessary and excessively priced insurance. -The car baby seat provided was filthy and not properly secured. - I was charged EUR480 for a small scratch that was already present before the rental. The scratch was barely visible to the naked eye, and the damage was only detected using a professional torch (see the photo). Overall, it seems their goal is to charge you for excessive extras if you don't opt for their insurance. I would strongly advise against using their services.
