I rented a car from this company, booked one and it turned out that it was not available. But it's normal in such companies) They offered me a good alternative with which I was satisfied. Good prices, but in the future you need to clean the inside of the car a little more before giving it to the customer. So I hope that this will be taken into account and then it will be 5

Experience extremement decevante Nous avons loue une voiture avec a l'aeroport de Barcelone et la qualite du service etait inacceptable du debut a la fin. Nous avons du attendre 30 minutes a l'aeroport pour etre recuperes, malgre une chaleur intense et aucune reponse a nos appels. Ensuite, nous avons encore du patienter 20 minutes supplementaires pour qu'ils recuperent un autre client avant de nous remettre la voiture. La voiture que nous avons recue n'etait pas un Range Rover ou similaire comme annonce, mais une Jeep rouge Avenger. Elle etait tres sale a l'exterieur, pretendument a cause de la pluie. Apres seulement dix kilometres, des signaux de maintenance sont apparus, nous indiquant d'aller au garage le plus proche. Enfin, alors que nous devions rendre la voiture en centre-ville, nous avons ete contraints de la ramener a l'aeroport car leur bureau en ville etait ferme. Nous avons du prendre le metro pour retourner en ville, un trajet d'une heure et quart, alors qu'on nous avait dit que c'etait a proximite. Pas dessuie glace audio Vous pouvez voir l'etat de la voiture quand on la recuperer En resume, un service mediocre et une voiture en mauvais etat. Tres decu et je ne recommanderai pas Alquicoche

Took my family from airport, no car seats for the kids, OK no problem. The problem started before I even landed in Spain I get a whatsapp message that I have to pay for extra international fee to drive out of Spain. And if I don't pay the extra 80 euro or whatever it was they may charge me 500 euro if they find out later. Why do you tell customers this AFTER they cannot cancel anymore? We can only cancel up to 48 hours of picking up the car as per priceline. I would have cancelled if I knew this charge would be put. Then when I get there they charge like 25 euro PER DAY PER SEAT for car seats. So I had to pay for basically 2 new car seats while I was in Spain. Would have been cheaper to go to local store honestly. Ripoff prices. I paid $400 to priceline and then the guy is like o you have to pay the difference, 150 euro more on top of all the fees up top. He's like priceline doesn't give us the full $400 he showed me his computer they only gave $300. How is it my responsibility to pay the difference for a company that didn't pay you fully? Don't do business with priceline then. Then they charged my credit card ANOTHER $600 after I gave the car back for a tiny little paint smudge. It wasn't a scratch or a dent it was like 5mm in size where the paint got a little bit compressed. I don't know who did that but I was charged crazy money for something so small. Overall, stay away they will rip you off in every possible direction. I will be hiring a local lawyer to get back my $1700 that they ripped me off of instead of the $400 I originally paid. They give me my money back within 72 hours I will reconsider.
